I am getting moderate to severe rhinitis to my RIGHT nostril only.
1.Its watery nasal discharge,only from right nostril(left one is absolutely fine.
2.Infrequent sneezings
3.Right side of nose is paining lightly,as it happens in rhinitis
4.Feeling irritating
5.Generally feeling week and uncomfortable due to running nose
6.right side front of head above eyebrow and right ear feeling slight pain,right side
ear feeling slightly jammed.
7.Now nose is open,but it started yesterday night,at 4 am in night,I got woke up due to difficulty in breathing,as my right nostril was fully Blocked,I was not able to breath from right nose.But it was not watery that time.Then I took steam inhalation and then I cleared forcefully.Then right nose was open but again got rhinitis of right nose,few sneezes.In the morning,when I woke up immediately there was NO sneezing or any of rhinitis
symptoms,but all this developed afterward till 10 of
morning.

It feels better when I go in open air..like riding bike without Helmet,but when came home in closed room,again it started.

More important to mention is,environment here is more cooler than as usual and there
was slight raining in the night,which is out of season,actually its winter here.I am staying in Mumbai.

As I am Lyc. personality,please suggest me any remedy for this acute RIGHT NOSTRIL,rhinitis.I have already got same type RIGHT nostril rhinitis 3/4 months ago.I managed that time with Antihistamine drug.

But As I am getting very nice result by Lyc 1M, I deliberately wish to take homeopathic remedy that will match to my symptoms and personality.

Please reply as soon as possible.

I have taken Lyc.1M at least week before.Not recently,that too I have taken Lyc. 200 C,as I didnt get Lyc 1 M in pharmacy,in liquid form.They were having 200 C,so I have taken that potency.Can it prove for symptoms,after a week time,with 200 C potency?

Also i have got same symptoms,before starting this Lyc 1M,before 3/4 months.

ok sir,Initially it was only right nostril,but now its like both nostrils,like general rhinitis.In the night both nostrils/or whole nose got block.And feels like swollen from inside,because when I tried to forcibly take out mucus,nothing coming out,still it was feeling like blocked nose,and in the morning after taking good amount of steam,I felt better,but now again,feeling sore nose.

I am feeling like its due to irregular and abrupt weather changes,here in mumbai its cold now,before week it was like summer,before that a week,it was like winter.So I felt like,my Vital force is not able to cope up with sudden changes in environment.

I will try with Lyc 200 C,AS U

After taking Lyc 200 C felt very much relief from symptoms of rhinitis.
this time,I felt well ,sooner than my past experience.because otherwise it used to take atleast a week to get rid from cold symptoms,but this time within 2 days got well,90 %

morover no thick mucus in throat and nose,which is very much good feeling.

I have one more request to you,as I belong to medical field(Physiotherapist),I have basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.I am very much impressed by effect homeopathic remedy,without causing side effect.I personally feel that,credit for this goes to SKILL OF SELECTING CORRECT 'CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDY' that match to mentals and thought process of patient.
I want to learn this art of healing and started to read books about it.But I want to get information about sources for,learning to identify CONSTITUTIONAL REMEDY FOR PATIENT BASED ON MENTALS AND SYMPTOMS.
I understand it would need experience,still I want to know names of any book or website.from where I can learn more about,selecting constitutional remedy,based on mental picture.

Sir,I want some of your help.I have got some fungal infection on my left leg,behind the knee area.Its size is similar to about Indian 25 paise coin.Its circular in ring shape.Small boils are erupted in circular shape.
Its itching but not severely or whole day.Whenever I scratch it or give attention,it gives me itching,but very mild.The skin color is not changed or no red.No watery secretions or any discharge from itching site.There is no wound.
I am very much sure it is fungal infection,as it is part where one generally to get lots of perspiration,specially in summer.I had got similar itching before 5 years but in the groin area,and that also in summer.That time it was itching a lot.And it used to go after applying steroid and antifungal drug cream given by doctor but again it used to return in same place after period of week.I tried various creams but itching and erruptions in ring shape, didnt go permanently,and all this lasted for a year.After that one doctor given me oral antifungal medication for period of 10 days and antifungal cream but NO STEROIDS. HE WAS ALLOPATH,BUT HE TOLD ME STEROID WILL JUST SUPPRESS AND WILL NOT CURE IT.And after that course of treatment that problem got cured completely,never returned till now.

This my current infection is on the back of left knee,and this time I am applying antifungal cream over it for last 6 days but its not going,boils are decreased in size but not going and mild itching is still there and ITCHING INCREASES AFTER SCRATCHING,AND I FEEL LIKE TO SCRATCH MORE,OTHERWISE NO SERIOUS PROBLEM.It is in ring shape,round.

So I want to ask you,should I take oral antifungal drug or is there any homeopathic remedy to cure it.I am sure if not treated by someway that infection will grow more and do not go by itself.

As I am on homeopathy treatment with Lycopodium and very rarely I take single dose of Lyc 200,I want to cure this fungal itching by homeopathic remedy than allopathy drugs,because antifungal drug gives me stomach upset,and now I am on track of healing and do not want to get disturbed by antifungal drug's side effect on my digestive system.

Please help me out.Right now I am just applying antifungal cream over affected part which do not contain any steroid .Last dose of Lycopodium 200 is taken before 6 days.Whenever I take lycopodium my fissure related problem(burning in anal area after evacuation) goes miraculously.I am very much happy with Lycopodium,and I take it very rarely,only when very much required,at least 2 weeks gap.Also my constipation is improving and i am successfully reducing my laxative dose and within 2 weeks I will be able to stop it forever.In between this days only two times I have taken Nux vomica 30,single watery dose in night before going to bed.It is also very much effective.

I am very much thankful to you and this forum,you have given me new hope to healthy life again.I am very much happy to be a member of this forum.

Is the eruption right on the fold of the knee (back side)?
Eruption is on the slightly upper part of fold of knee(back side)only 2cm above knee fold,towards inner side(medial side)

What trigger's the itch? Is it perspiration?
No extra perspiration as such on that area,but generally areas such arm pit and knee fold,get accumulated with sweat,so I think its due to sweat.
Itching is not triggered by sweat,but only when I give attention and itching starts if I scratch eruption.Initially it was itching,but now itch is less,may be as I am applying antifungal cream over there.But initially also itching was not much severe,as such.But I noted this due to eruption =,which can be felt by touch with hand.Eruption is also less and in ring shape.Small in size.

What brings it down?
Nothing as such,after scratching I feel to scratch more.There is no much problem,but I asked ur help as I think it may increased if not given attention and treated.

Does it happen only when you are perspiring? What season does it itch most?
No itching is very mild,that to less now.But initially when I was not applying cream itching was more.as per me,its not directly related to perspiration.But due to perspiration not cleaned properly,may fungus is growing there.Today there is almost no itching.

Does it bleed after scratching?
No bleed at all.Its not that much severe.

Stop the anti-fungal cream...if you use it regularly, you may not develop the immunity to stop it from happening at the first place.

Ok sir I will not apply antifungal cream,but then please suggest me homeopathic suggestion.

But sir as per your previous advice ,I should not repeat Lycopodium dose more frequently.So for sake of this fungal skin errption,what should be dose frequency?Should I take Lyco 200 or 1M?
With less frequent dose of Lyco 200 ,there is no much positive effect on skin erruption,its not going from that place.Sometimes it itches ,but not much.

No,Sir I am not taking 1 M of lycopodium,now.I had taken 1M dose,only thrice when you had prescribed me,very Initially. Afterwards,till today I took Lyco. 200 only and NOT frequently.
Now that skin eruption just 2/3 cm above knee fold(on back of knee),is still there,it itches very rarely,but I feel to scratch more,if I scratch it once.I dont see any change after taking Lyco 200 c ,on my skin erruption.But my other complaints of digestion are well managed by Lyco 200C,do not feel need to increase potency.So I was in confusion for skin eruption,should I increase potency,or just wait for few days.

I am glad to inform you that,the skin eruption,is disappeared about 98%.No itching at the site of eruption(2 inch above back of left knee).
I completely stopped applying antifungal ointment after your advice.
Being a Physiotherapist,I have allopathy medicine background,and therefore I am astonished that,without oral or topical antifungal medication,my fungal infection is cured and that to rapidly.I modern medicine,its not possible to cure fungal infection,without antifungal medication,and instead it spreads rapidly all over body,if not treated promptly.

I was just taking Lyco.200 C for this,that to rarely.

I am facing some other problem.Actually its my main health issue,for which I started with homeopathy treatment.When I started treatment,I was having issue of IBS. I was not able to evacuate satisfactorily in the morning,and so due to heavy feeling in abdomen,and distentions of abdomen,I was not getting hunger,there was gradual weight loss over period of years.I was managing this with laxative fiber supplement(SOFTOVAC-contains isapgol,Harde) daily once.And I will get this constipation problem,more in summer season,or when I am exposed to hot climate.In summer I used to get bleeding piles,without straining for evacuation.And in winter usually I used to feel better and I would not get any piles problem.
But in last winter also I got constipation and bleeding piles,which I thought unusual or I thought my disease is getting deeper and severe.So I asked for homeopathy help.

After reading my problem and other mental and generals,you advised me LYCOPODIUM 1M single dose,less frequently.
After taking single dose I felt following improvements,

1.My bleeding piles got cured rapidly within 2 days.
Bleeding stopped and burning in anal region after evacuation and swelling in anal region got cured.I WAS VERY MUCH HAPPY WITH RESULT OF LYCOPODIUM.

BUT I WAS STILL TAKING SOFTOVAC,fiber supplement,daily.So my next goal was to get rid of this habit or dependence of softovac,GRADUALLY.So as per your advice I took Nux. Vomica 30 C,before going to bed,less frequently,only when really required.Till now I have taken Nux Vom 30 only 4 times,over period of month approx.And I was simultaneously tapering my dose of SOFTOVAC,very gradually over period of a month.During this period,when I started tapering my SOFTOVAC dose,I got mild swelling in anal region once and also used to get intermittent bloating of abdomen in-between,due to not getting proper evacuation or sometime mild to moderate constipation.So I was taking Lyco. 200 C whenever required,very less frequently,only when required.Whenever I took Nux Vom 30 ,it also helped me.

But today morning again,I could not evacuate at all.Today NO motion at all.And I got bloated abdomen,and gas trapped feeling.I was not feeling to have any food.But later on I took some food in lunch,but very less.Now till evening I am feeling same,no motions,and abdomen is bloated.But I am continuing with my job and daily routine.Not feeling weekness.

I have taken one dose of Lyco 200 today morning,in water.Also I had taken one dose of Lyco 200 before 2 days in afternoon,in water. As from last two days I was getting moderate CONSTIPATION,I was not getting proper evacuation in morning,but till night I was getting motion,but after FORCE-FULL EFFORTS FOR LONG TIME.Hence I took Nux Vom 30 ,watery dose,yesterday night before sleep.But still today I did not get any motion,despite of forcefull efforts.From last two days I was getting very sticky motions,otherwise before I used to get non sticky motions.There was no change in motion color till yesterday.Also no foul smell to motion.
I think this could be due to tapering of my fiber supplement?But from last week I am taking same portion of SOFTOVAC,as I took yesterday,but in before last two days I was not having much of complaints related constipation.It gradually started over last two days.
