Hi Simone
My stiffness of the back is not improving any further. I do piriformis stretching exercises regularly from last two months which I believe helping me as well.I am a active person who walks daily about 2-3km sometimes even more. However, when I sit down on a chair I get tired easily, and I started to get nervous as well.I have also a problem of digesting a food that is way I tried to walk as much as possible. I get easily irritated and my mood swings regularly which I do not have any control on them.

I have been to homeopath (hard to say if they are qualified or not). He has disregarded my MRI report and concluded that there is a problem on my stool pipe and my digestive system is upset which are the source of my symptoms. He also stated that Rhus Tox and symphytum 200 could only cured me but would not healed. He wanted to self medicated me for two months without my knowledge of prescription.
I appreciate your advise.
Thank you.
