Take SEPIA OFFICINALIS 200C three doses on a single day, 6 hours apart.

One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in clean mouth and empty stomach. Don't take any food or water one hour before or after taking the doses.

The day you take the dose, don't take any sweets, sour, coffee, mint or garlic.

Take the doses on a weekend so that you can afford to keep a gap of one hour atleast before and after the doses.

Most probably you will feel the difference in your mentals, bloating and nose blocks within a weeks time.

If you see, you are responding well to the remedy, come here and tell me all the changes you feel. I will suggest a sustained dosage for you to stop hairloss.

Make SEPIA your friend for life..:) This is most probably your constitutional remedy and you may have to resort to it once in a while when any of your usual symptoms recur.

Can you please tell me what could be the root cause of my problems. And what is sepia exactly? In how many days will I be able to see a difference in hairloss? Are you sure it will not have any side effects ( even no effect will do but I dont want any side effects, already got a lot of woes. Cant afford anymore)
shib88 9 years ago
Don't worry about side effects. If you take this remedy on my guidance, you will not have any aggravation.

The remedy sepia officinalis is made from cuttlefish ink. Its an animal (fish) product and so won't harm your body. Moreover, the remedy is just a signature of the effects of the substance on our vitality, so can't have any side effects.

In homeopathy we don't learn about the root cause always but we know the disease picture of each remedy. The disease picture of sepia matches yours and thus its your similimmum.

Once your metabolism is set right, you will see a reduction in the hairloss as well. It could be in a month or two.
