parkinson disease treatment

My brother is suffering from parkinson disease for the past 20 years. Right now his condition is
1)he is falling very frequently
2) His body becomes very rigid
3) difficulty in eating, bathing and dressing
4) while walking walks on toes
5) Getting up problem

His medications are
1) Amantrel
2) Neurobian
3) syndopa plus
4) Syndopa CR

Can some body suggest effective homeo medicine at least improves so that he can do his jobs without anybody's help.

These medicines available in regular homeo shops?
I reside in hyderabad and my brother resides in a village.
