avascular necrosis

I have been diagnosed last week with avascular necrosis in both joints. I have noticed pain in my right hip first on 3rd Jan 2014, subsequently the pain got transferred to left hip. I have consulted few of the allopathic doctors in Bangalore, most of them advised me to drag the treatment and go for surgery after few years (may be after 4 to 5 years).

Need suggestion for homeo treatment

have silicea 6x for a week ,5 tablets 5 times a day and give a feed back.
