memory and related please help, (my last problems)

My last few problems plz help plz

sir earlier i was suffering from over masturbation and its its side effects.
But now i am 100% cured, it took more then 3 months but i am totally okey now.
Thanks alot to all the doctors of this forum, really thanks a lot.

Only few other problems are left please help me this time also:
1.) all the time my mind is busy in thinking something, and it never stops. After waking up from sleep my mind starts thinking and thinking
till night I get sleep and after waking up again the same problem happens(even if i mentally force to stop thinking it don't stops, and i think on anything i see or i remember).

2.) I can't remember or memorize anything for longer time and also faces great problem in concentration and my intelligency is almost lost.

3.) most importantly I have problem in learning new things and if forcefully if I mug up then after few days I forget those (my brain is not accepting anything new, as if i am an old man above 60 whose curosity is almost lost)

please help me this time also all three problems are killing me and if i dont get cured then it will ruin my hole life. I am unable to sturdy properly all because of these 3 problems.

I am soon giong to be 22 years old, my weight is almost 70 with height 5feet and 6 inch.
And now i sleep normally but after waking up i don't feel freshness.

Earlier i tried to take unshilled almonds but almonds are much costly I can't afford regular.
please help me please.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'd suggest to continue with the same person on the same post where you were helped earlier on.

The reason I am referring you to your earlier prescriber is that it saves a lot of time & effort.

All of us who prescribe here take out time from our lives and don't ask for anything in return. Its a service not to be abused. Give it the respect it deserves and work with us.

Follow these guidelines for two weeks and report back. We will then see if some treatment is required.

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

Sir fitness please help,
whatever you told me before to do i did. But still there is no correction,

i didn't ate anything fatty or oily or anything which after cook remains white

i had taken salad everyday after my lunch and dinner(salad of :cucumber,carrot,raddish,tomato,lemon) everything little in amount

and everyday either in evening or afternoon i have taken apple or orange or banana or grapes

i drink a lot of water no dought

i was taking curd 100gm morning and 100gm at afternoon

walking in open air upto 1km
and then doing exercise, running,skipping,jumping

taking full breath regularly

i did everything but still there is no sign of correction.

During running and yoga and exercises i felt good.

moreover from few days i am having very bad sleep.
my body including eyes and eyelid gets tired but when i try to rest on bed during sleep eye and body becomes normal(not tired) but i don't get sleep please help.

please help me please.
i am unable to study

Yes sir i am doing aerobic exercise everyday
and yoga at morning.

But weight exercise is not available near by my home.

so i am doing push-up, sit-down and hanging.
with proper breathing.
And what should be my target heart rate.
