Problem related to ed and early ejaculation and mental disorders like depression , lack of concentration , memory loss,mind filled with too much thoughts

Hello drs
I am 29 years old married.
I am suffering from erection problem , early ejaculation , depression ,lack in concentration ,memory loss, absentmindness, too much anger very frequently , irritation on small small things,mind filled with thoughts , very heavy head while waking up in morning, facing very difficult to drive car because of less concentration, gastric disorder like constipation, bad smell from mouth as well underarms even in winter, sudden and urgent latrine like diarria , etc.

I have read about many medicines through this forum as well as others.
Can I take caladium 200 and wall chestnut Bach flower together for both problems??

Earlier around one year back I had taken caladium 200 daily , it was working very well but after 10-15 days it was not giving any effect although I was using it. I had used Lycopodium 1M also it also affects well but first time only ,after some time it's not giving much effect.
