swelling seems to be a little worse, probably about 30 percent better overall now.
pain seems to be centralized more in left testicle and sometimes spermatic cord. epididymus is inflammed but pain seems to come more towards the back of teste. pain overall is decreased to an overall 2 and comes and goes. decreases when i have very low inflamation diet. pain would be described as a dull ache. never extreme, still go to gym and run and lift weights 5 times a week and no bother with activity. worse with palpation.
cyst same, tried using castor oil and heating pad and tea tree oil. no changes really, not heavily leaking. worse with stress.

Hello,
update:
After taking the last dose i noticed for the first day after, symptoms seemed worse. Testicles seemed swollen, same with epididymis, and the vesicles at lower portion of testicle too. Today swelling of epididymis is about the same as last week and is the same on both sides. Testicles do not seem as inflamed. Pain is basically non existent on right side even tho with palpation it does seem still to be inflamed(the epididymis and other veessels attatched at lower). Pain on left side is rated dull, about a 2 out of ten. Just feels annoying. pain comes and goes and is non existent when im active. More noticeable when lounging around or just walking around house sometimes.
cyst still same overall.

i would say pain is the same as it was last week before the dose. pain i dont feel like is located at epididymis anymore, feels like more maybe the bottom part of testicle where vein and other structures attach?

Pain feels 50% better overall, with pain being noticed more when at rest. Palpating reveals swelling of epididy but the pain source seems to be more at the bottom of testicle where other vessels are.

Update: no changes since last update. Pain grades still the same, no real discomfort on right. Swollen still same, pain seems to be centralized either spermatic cord on left or the vessels supplying bottom of teste on left. Comes and goes.

Hello,
Update: pain is 90 percent overall better. What worries me is the small change in the swollen epididymis and when I palpate I can see that the vessels that supply the bottom of testicle is visible. Like they are inflamed. This hasn't changed since the beginning but the pain is a lot better

Ok i think i messed up...
i had unprotected sex with a girl that i have had sex with months previous to this starting. Literally the next day the pain is back more noticeable. pain feels dull and heavy feeling. worse when sitting around. needless to say i have cut ties with this person because she has history of UTI and i dont no if that could be the problem all along

Update: pain is minor in left testicle, can't tell if it's centralized at epididy or the vessels supplying testicle. Pain rated 2 out of ten but very dull and annoying feeling. Swelling still has not changed. Worse when sitting around, can't feel it when active.
