Plantar's Fasciitis is my woeDear Specialists and experts out there,
I am an active runner and sportsman, and although have had problem with my ACL ligaments in the right knee (who does not have a problem if active by age 44?), my recent problem is developing fasciitis in my left heel. It is sore in the morning, and often when I get up after sitting for long, and gets better as I use it. I have tried a homeopath's medicine (typically, never told me what medicine he was giving me), it is a little better. What is the advice for me? WIll someone here help me or should I stick to the guy?
