Plantar fasciitis

Please can you give me some advice about the best remedy for plantar fasciitis? I would be very grateful for your help.
It has been present for 2 months in my right heel.
I have put on weight recently in lockdown but am trying to lose weight. My symptoms are:
Pain in right heel as soon as I get up in the morning.
Worse with walking and standing.
Better with cold, stretching, rest.
No pain when I rest, only when I stand or start moving.
It is now making me feel very down so I would really like to find a remedy to help.

Thank you very much!

In addition Nat Phos 6x five tabs three times a day.

If you have used Pulsatilla homeopathy medicine, if not then you can use it. This will help you a lot and will give you relief from pain.
If this is useful to you, please share feedback. I would be happy to help you
