Hi-

I would like you to stop the salts for 7 days and take
nothing. With salts you have to have a gap.

Report to me on the same numbers of 1 thru 7 after 7 days.

thanks,

Hi-

What has been going on with Ferrum phos since
last August??

Has she been taking it or not needed?

When was the last thing she took for this-
and what was it?

simone717 9 years ago
Hi Simone,

it was discontinued in last August and due to some avoidable reasons I did not come online to report u.

Hi-

Please start the Ferrum Phos 6x again, 3 tabs, 3 times
a day for 7 days.

Also-check her diet. There are two kinds of iron in
food.-Here is some info on that.

----------How to maximize your Iron intake------------

Some foods can help your body absorb iron from iron-rich foods; others can hinder it. To absorb the most iron from the foods you eat, avoid drinking coffee or tea or consuming calcium-rich foods or drinks with meals containing iron-rich foods. To improve your absorption of iron, eat it along with a good source of vitamin C -- such as orange juice, broccoli, or strawberries -- or eat nonheme iron foods with a food from the meat, fish, and poultry group-

Heme group________________________________________

- good sources of heme iron, with 3.5 milligrams or more per serving, include:

3 ounces of beef or chicken liver
3 ounces of clams, mollusks, or mussels
3 ounces of oysters

Breakfast cereals enriched with iron
One cup of cooked beans
One-half cup of tofu
1 ounce of pumpkin, sesame, or squash seeds

Non Heme group___________________________________________________

Good sources of nonheme iron, with 2.1 milligrams or more per serving, include:

One-half cup of canned lima beans, red kidney beans, chickpeas, or split peas
One cup of dried apricots
One medium baked potato
One medium stalk of broccoli
One cup of cooked enriched egg noodles
One-fourth cup of wheat germ

Other sources of nonheme iron, with 0.7 milligrams or more, include:

1 ounce of peanuts, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, roasted almonds, roasted cashews, or sunflower seeds
One-half cup of dried seedless raisins, peaches, or prunes
One cup of spinach
One medium green pepper
One cup of pasta
One slice of bread, pumpernickel bagel, or bran muffin
One cup of rice

When you eat food with iron, iron is absorbed into your body mainly through the upper part of your small intestine.

There are two forms of dietary iron: heme and nonheme. Heme iron is derived from hemoglobin. It is found in animal foods that originally contained hemoglobin, such as red meats, fish, and poultry. Your body absorbs the most iron from heme sources. Nonheme iron is from plant sources.

She is recovering now

Has her hemoglobin been
checked again?

not yet

Hi- I would keep giving Ferrum Phos 2 tabs twice
a day till she is back to normal.

And start it again whenever she is low. Add in
the needed foods and that may take care of it
permanently.

Best,

Simone

Hi Simone,

thanks allot

Now she is pregnant and your kind advise is requested.

mahmoodjnu 8 years ago
Congratulations!

What is going on that you need advice?

If you want someone to monitor her during
pregnancy thru delivery-Maheeru who
contributes on the forum does that.

However it is private as it requires an
ongoing commitment on his part, he is good
at this and I don't know if he has any
openings to take more people.

You can connect with him via email and ask-
Maheeru At rocketmail dot com.

Thanks Simone,

She is complaining:

Weakness
less appetite
Omitting
Low Blood Pressure
Constitutions
Stomach ache
Acidity
Head Ache
tired

I will request Maheeru to take this case.

Hi,

Maheeru does not have the time
to monitor a person for free
for that long a period.

He also does not read the forum
every day , so please email
him about what he could do
for you.
