This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your ED is obviously due to the drugs that you are using for your Hypertension.

I have used Arnica 6c for Hypertension successfully judging by the reports that I have received from many people who depend on it today.

In your case I would like you to use Arnica 6c in the water dose which is made up as follows:

Get a 500ml bottle of spring water
Pour out 100ml or about an inch of water to ensure some air space on top.
Put in 3 globules Arnica 6c
Hit the bottle hard on your palm or a cushion and watch for the water to fizzle like when you open a bottle of soda.
Sip a teaspoonful twice daily with the last dose taken just before sleep. You will discover that you will sleep very deeply after the Arnica.

Check your BP weekly and when you find that it has dropped below the normal levels, you can then reduce the drug that you are now using and hopefully you will be able to stop using the drug and replace it with the Arnica 6c.

I would also recommend that you get a digital Blood Pressure meter as it is in your own interest to monitor your BP frequently.

You may use Nat Phos 6x for your IBS and it may help you especially if you feel acidic after a meal which does not go down easily.

Please report progress weekly.

Is there a chance that the cause of ED is IBS, not the Hyper Tension medication

Dear Joe,
I have already started taking the Arnica as well as Nat Phos for last two days. It is third day today. I feel, I am having better sleep for last two days. I hope it will bring down my pressure. I am planning to buy digital pressuremeter. Can you suggest good brand for the same.
Thanks & regards
Anurag

Dear Joe,
I am taking the Arnica as well as Nat Phos for last seven days today I checked my B.P., it was 140/90.
What next you suggest. You have not suggested for E.D. earlier. Waiting for your advice.

Arnica cannot reduce your BP in the manner that specific drugs can do.

It is a very slow acting remedy and may take a few months to do so. Your BP is on the upper normal limit and you need not really bother with it. You must also follow the instructions about using the digital BP gauge as the position of your gauge is very critical if you use the wrist type when the hand must be at the level of the heart.

Arnica 6c is the ultimate for ED but you have to evaluate which is more relevant for you 30c for BP or 6c for ED.

Have you loked up "Agnus Castus" in the materia medica for ED?or "Lycopodium" remember it all depends on your symptoms. My mom takes Flaxseed oil in capsule form and finds it has helped her blood pressure.
