dosage duration
Can 5 200c dosage medicine be taken together(gap of 30 mins)?And the next pack be repeated after 15 days?

You should never take more than one medicine at a time, and you should not take a different medicine from the first one until a proper assessment of the response has been done. Changing remedies should only be done if the first remedy has ceased to have any benefit.
Taking remedies together (too close together) can not only create side effects, but can make it difficult to work out which remedy is doing what, or if remedies are cancelling each other out or causing interactions.

I was taking 5 medicines of 30 potency each and they were complementing one another. I wish to increase the potency. I am doubtful as 200c is a high potency dosage. Therefore, I have certain apprehensions in taking them together. 30c potency combination was working ok. Mine is a long history of ailment, therefore I want to go for a high potency.

This is not the right way to be using our medicines. You are taking a great risk in using them this way. You are unlikely to be cured unless the basic principles of homoeopathy are followed (single remedy, minimum dose, law of similars, totality of symptoms, direction of cure, miasmatic state).
Homoeopathy is very powerful, and if used in a casual way it can create side effects, new symptoms, even whole new diseases.
The remedies do not work in a complementary way when all taken together. The only way for one remedy to complement the other, is for the first remedy to be given a chance to make a change, then that change is analysed and a new remedy given on the basis of the new picture.

let me explain my case:
I am v shy,reserved and escape from social gatherings. My symptoms started during my teens and have aggravated with time. I am highly qualified but jobless due to my inhibitions and shyness. I avoid making eye contact with ppl and appear nervous and anxious. I speak in a low tone and v conscious of my appearance and the way i speak. I have very small frnd circle. I get so nervous and anxious that i wish to just run away;Instead of facing the situations i try to evade and escape.
I have been taking the medicines i mentioned earlier in this post, with little relief. I do nt gel up with ppl and hv serious disposition.

If I get nervous I do all the absurd things. I talk v little always. People find me reserved and serious. I see my frnd and cousins v jovial and chirpy. I feel bad that I cant make and keep friendship. I have low confidence,. My voice is not confident; my looks are nervous and anxious. I lack patience.
I often promise that i will come for a job interview and at the last moment get so scared and anxious that I avoid going.
Even if I go and clear the interview , I refuse to work. I feel I will not be able to mix up with people there. I will feel anxious thinking what will I do there.
I sat for 4 years after my pg doing nothing. Then worked for 2 years and then left my job. Now sitting idle for the last 1.5 years.

I always feel that people ignore me, my presence has no effect on them. In social gatherings, I remain aloof.I donot take initiative in meeting people.
In school, even if I knew all the answers I never raised hand in class due to hesitation.I feared speaking in class. Although I have quite number of friends in school,I have not been able to retain their friendship now. If there is a plan of meeting, I make last minute cancellations. So all friends have drifted apart.

I am restless,annoyed at times. When I have these feelings I cry, weep bitterly and even get annoyed with my family members. I eat a lot when I am tense. I feel frustrated.

I always feel that people ignore me, my presence has no effect on them. In social gatherings, I remain aloof.I donot take initiative in meeting people.
In school, even if I knew all the answers I never raised hand in class due to hesitation.I feared speaking in class. Although I have quite number of friends in school,I have not been able to retain their friendship now. If there is a plan of meeting, I make last minute cancellations. So all friends have drifted apart.

I get severe headaches in the sides(above my ears) and watery eyes often.

I was taking ambra grisea 30,ignatia 30,baryta carb 30 and gelsmium 30. I was feeling fine but not completely well. I used to feel nervous and self conscious in company.There was a slight change for the better. Then a dr prescribed me ignatia 1M . that aggravated my condition. He told me to stop it. I returned back to my initial medicines of 30 potency each. I FELT FINE NOT COMPLETELY WELL. I thought of increasing the potency to a slighter degree. I bought all these medicines of 200c potency each. Yesterday, i took ambra grisea 200c, and am waiting to see its results for a week.

As u told me to report after 7 days. It's been a week since I took my last dosage of ambra 200.
