By the way, if you choose to use Nat-carb instead, just follow the exact same instructions I posted for the Hydrogen. Nat-carb is similar in some of the aspects I prescribed for with Hydrogen, so it may still be helpful.

Did you take it as a liquid dose in the way I instructed?
List the symptoms you gave me and write Same, Better or Worse next to each one. If better or worse, write a % to represent how much.
Some patients require more aggressive dosing than others. One dose may not have been enough, especially if the remedy is not the best one for you. The less similar (suitable) the remedy, the more doses that are needed to get a response.
