Fibroid and period
Hi, I have a fibroid and before period my abdomen rise like a cake! It is so irritating (and a little painful!)... What can I do?Please some one can help me with an effective homeopathic medicine?

what is menses typical characteristics? ...i.e...length (days),heavy/light, color,cotting.....etc The duration is about 5 days: the first two/three days were quite abundant and dark red, then decrease progressively and become brown. The day before, nearly always, I have a headache; the first day (and frequently the second) I have always pain to the abdomen and back.

what most dramatic emotion experience? when? I am living a long period of stress, anxiety and pain that lasts from various years. I always have been a person normally much anxious: the job puts me much anxiety and also my private life. Often my anxious attacks do not have one precise motivation: they arrive and enough.

I am very very mentally and emotionally sensitive to anything so, often, the anxiety stop me and I am very frightened and my mind is full of blue thoughts and my desire is to go away and disappear.

I think I dont get over the loss of some beloved persons and the separation from a person that doesnt live with me any more.
I have suffered very much for the wickedness and the evilness of some persons who have hurt me and for which I am still suffering.
In some moments of extreme loneliness and sadness I suffer very much for the relation that I have with a person who could never be with me

MUST AVOID all acidic foods and drinks---coca-cola pepsi and such;vinegar;coffee;tea;fruit and fruit juices....etc

Try Shepherd's Purse mother tincture - 3-5 drops of tincture in a glass of SPRING water before meals 3 times a day for about a month or two
This will not bring about a cure, but should provide symptom amelioration and general organ support whilst looking for a more permanent cure (which could take quite a while, considering fibroids take many years to grow)
Apart from avoiding acids, I would recommend avoiding sugar in every form(which acidifies the body)alltogether, as well as avoiding wheat (spelt is an alternative, as well as rye, corn, rice etc). At first this sort of "lifestyle" may seem a bit "too much" with all the things to watch out for, but eventually (I would say in 2-3 mnths time) you will start to notice gradual improvement.

Yes, I have had acne problem when I was younger treated with various local creams. Now I have oil skin and sometimes problems of blemish (often before period)
