Yes, I have had acne problem when I was younger treated with various local creams. Now I have oil skin and sometimes problems of blemish (often before period)

what is main complaint? when first start?
Since last August I have an uterous fibroid. Sometimes I have pain in correspondence of the mass like if something premises from inside.
what treatments have been used?
I have tried (irregularly) some homeopathic remedy (Calcarea Charbonica - Thuja - Conium Maculatum and Natrum Muriaticum), the macerated of Ribes Nigrum and Sequoia Gigantea and starflowers and agnus castus.
what eases or helps make feel better? Usually I feel better during the first two weeks of cycle
what aggravates main complain? After the ovulation, I start to have ailments like swollen abdomen and pain in the womb region
what occur just prior to complaint first occurring? I don't know, I think nothing particularly: I have lived a long difficult period of various years. I don't get over the loss of some beloved persons and the separation from a very important person for me that doesn't live with me any more. I have suffered very much for the wickedness and the evilness of some persons who have hurt me and for which I am still suffering. In some moments of extreme loneliness and sadness I suffer very much for the relation that I have with a person who could never be with me.

The fibroid is always here (unfortunately) but the others ailments usually occur in the second half of period
any head symptoms ? ...headache, dizziness....etc
I have headache usually the day before menses and sometimes I have ailments with the sinusitis and cervical.
what other symptoms accompany the head symptoms? Rarely nausea
when usually occur? I am very sensitive to heat and intense cold, always after an agitation or anxious attacks or a fear
what ameliorates? Sometimes I feel better if I distract or relax myself, other times I must take an analgesic

MUST avoid all acidic foods and drinks...i.e..coca-cola,pepsi and like;fruit and juices;vinegar;coffee;tea;alcoholic beverages;...etc
also avoid--fatty foods;butter ;pork
no other medicines-remedies-herbs-skin cremes...etc

What kind of pulsatilla? Nigricans on Nuttaliana?
I must avoid also decaffeinated coffee and tea? And cooked fruit?
All the skin cremes (body and face)? And for how much time?
