Musturabation sucks, please help

I have been masturbating more than 10 years. now i am 27 years of age now i want to give up this habit but at night when i even do not want to do this my penis gets erected and i started doing it. my face has become so dull. i have lost self confidence. urinary bladder has become so week so i have to pass urine frequently. eye sight has also become week, half of the hairs of my head are gray, if i sit continuously for 15 minutes my legs gets jammed and i start feeling numbness, my bones seems to be week always when i change postures snaps sounds comes out from it. memory has become so poor i can not recall the names of the people even my penis size is only 4 inches. kindly help me with some medicine i can not live up a good life at this age. i feel my self an old man. my stamina aur physical fitness is so poor. i even can not take a sound sleep suffering badly from insomnia. my nerve system looks to be so poor. my routine works are so slow like taking food, bath and office work i always take more time than others. my family wants to get me married but i cant marry until i recover from all this please help. i am totally lost.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is a normal body function. Unless it is excessive.

So how often do you do this?

The other problems you mentioned have different causes. Gray hair
is mostly genetic. If this is not an excessive habit then your case
has to be taken overall to see what is going on with you.

i am doing it since the age of 13 and now i am of 27. i feel lot of i did it excessively that is why i am suffering a lot from it. i need a medicine to give up this habit or to stop the urge. second outcome of this habit is i feel my legs too week stamina is so low, erection is poor and PE, my physical fitness is so poor and i have lost confidence into me my semen is not dense now. atleast suggest a single medicine to give up this habit and one medicine to rebuild my health and to strenthen my nerves and urinary bladder

You seem to be having problems with your spine.
Having pain in the hips at the end of the back
has to do with the spine. The spine IS the baseline of your immune
system- Think of it like having short circuits in your house electrical
wiring. It has to work right or nothing works right.

A. A lot of this can come from Sitting too much and sleeping in
bad postures.
B.A lot has to do with REPETITION of bending the neck to read
the phone, read in bed, not having your computer at eye level.
Not having breaks every hour and moving around from sitting.
NOT walking for 45 minutes or at least a half hour every day to
get blood moving.

B. You need to eat good food and eat and sleep at regular times and
walk everyday.

C. This is what usa Md's say on forums about masturbation-Masturbation is a normal, common and natural part of the human experience. There are no health consequences to this common sexual activity. All men you know masturbate or have masturbated.
The number of times people masturbate may vary greatly for an individual, male or female. Typically, males do it more than females however that isn't always true. As long as it isn't interfering with your life, or hurting anybody that is important to you than there isn't such a thing as too much masturbation. There is no such thing as a NORMAL amount of masturbation.

D it would be good for you to go to the Dr. and get your spine mri or Xray-
you could probably use some physical therapy and this should be checked out.

What are your habits regarding - exercise, repetitive neck bending, sitting for long hours?

ya read my phone and ipad stuff on bed. i well as still my sleeping postures are not good.
as i said i feel that pain only when i masturbate excessively. and frequent urge of urination is because of my urinary bladder has become weak.
i sit continuously on chair up-to 3 hours in office only go for a little while. having working in 8 hours shift 24*7

what about poor memory sleeplessness, fatigue, depression

Of course your memory and all of that will not be right if your nerve
flow is not right.

It is very hard to be depressed if you have a good amount of energy.

You are having symptoms of Cervical spondylosis- and usually this
is an old persons problem - But I am talking to more and more
people your age who have this- bc of the bad habits.

The nerves of the spine all conjunct in this part called the Atlas at
the top of the spine-if that is off balance due to bending the neck wrong
and over and over- you lose power supply to your entire body.

You can put your case on here if you wish- fill out the basic form and
more questions will be asked.

But None of these things will get better until you change your habits-
bc you just cannot keep doing those things- it is like continually
re-injuring yourself and nothing is going to fix it so you can
keep doing those things without paying a price.

A. Sleep on your back- have good neck support- this lets your spine
re-adjust naturally during sleep.
B.Stop the neck bending, notice what you are doing there-stop reading
in bed- have everything at eye level.
C. Get up every hour for 10 minutes and move around and stretch.
D.You Must walk everyday to get the blood flow going- this is a huge
help.

Suffering from insomnia, constipation and strong urge to masturbate at night specially and frequent urination

Weakness, numbness, laziness and slowness in doing everything, sometimes back pain while do excessive masturbation it happens only when I do excessive masturbation

I live abroad from my home when I am at home at my native place I feel happy and good. But here in aborad I feel upset mostly sad

Sleep is too bed I can’t sleep well. I feel anxious and nervous and gets up in middle again and again if I have to get up early for office or to catch a train. I can’t sleep in such situation

I used to be tall and handsome earlier but I look to be dull sad and gloomy and always look to be lost.

Hi-

What are the medicine names you are taking for frequent urination?

How long have you been taking them? How often do you take them?

Who prescribed these medicines?

What did they say the actual problem is?

Where you live now- how long have you lived there? Do you have any friends?
Do you feel you cannot feel comfortable or adjust to this environment /country?
Is there any way you could move back to the area or close to where your family is?

( Btw you have not destroyed yourself in anyway at all, you are just depressed)

They found urethral stricture into my urethra so visual urethrotromy was done. Prior to that Amoxicillin was given for a month because dere was infection too in my urethra and prostate . Further my urine stream became normal but frequency was still little high

Today when i was sitting in office when i was typing a long email i started feeling pain at my left side of neck and. Same pain crawls down to the middle of back it happens only when i type something long at this moment when i am lying on the bed i feel a little pain at my edge of back or i would say at the hips it seems to me now that area is empty

Hi-

Please get the remedy Calcarea Carbonica in a 30 c and a 200c potency.

If liquid always use 2 drops in two tablespoons of water. Stir up and then
take one tsp out of that for a dose.

If pills , dissolve, 3 pills in two tablespoons of water. Stir. Then take one
tablespoon for a dose.

Please start with Cal Carb 30c. Take one dose half hour after dinner, and the
next dose half hour before breakfast. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes before or after
a dose. Do not have coffee on these days or strong onion or garlic. You can have
tea.

After 24 hours from the last dose- report in what is happening and we will go
from there. You match this remedy very well in all areas.

You are most welcome. I forgot to mention a few things you have to start doing asap.

1. Eat some kind of salad everyday that has greens and vegetables in it- use any dressing
you want on it.

2. Drink enough water every day- since you are thirsty that won't be hard.

3. MOST IMPORTANT- go for a brisk walk every day. This will help the bowels move
correctly and depression and the neck numbness. If you find you are resisting this-
then just start with a 5 minute walk- once you are out there you will do more- but
the body is designed to move to feel well.

4. Fix your bed up with pillows so you don't roll on your sides at night and get a pillow
under your knees and good support under the neck. Put away the electronic devices
and have your room dark-

5. Set up your work station so things are at eye level, set up the i pad for eye level,
do something about looking down at the phone. There is a new 'posture' in the usa now-
everyone walking or in a coffee shop has their neck bent down and is doing something
on their phone-big increase in neck, shoulder, spine pain and numbness due to this.

hope you are doing well, my friend could not get that medicine into his city.i am flying to india on 19th, i just wanted to tell you that as you said 'If liquid always use 2 drops in two tablespoons of water. Stir up and then

when i will make the dose in evening and will take one table spoon from that. what i will happen to the remaining water ? should i take the same water in morning ?

2. now a days i am badly suffering from insomia. i can not take a sound sleep does not matter how tired i am but i just take 4 hours sleep after completing 4 hours sleep i get up itself, after that when i try to sleep there is chain of thoughts in my mind always running that is why i am not able to sleep, specially when i have to go office, even when i put alarms in my different cell phones still i have a fear in mind that these alarms will not ring up. i am writing you again all this because i sleep hardly 5 hours in a day but i waste my 10-12 precious hours in search of sleep so to be in safer side. I just want to know should i bring some other medicine from india specially for sleep. because here in qatar homeo medicines are sold. and after coming to qatar i will not be going for next 6 months at least. so just asking you should i bring some other medicine specially for insomnia, one more thing i want to tell you, here i got silecea 6x from one of my friend i take that once in a day because of that my masturbation urge is stopped and the outcome of this is i do not feel lower back pain.

Hi- can you get any herbal tinctures where you are?

For sleep- herbal tincture with equal parts, valerian root, skullcap,passionflower and hops
is a sleep formula. Take 30 drops of it a half hour before bed. Put it in warm water.
And you can take it every two hours as needed.

Let me look all of this over again and see what to buy when you go.

i am flying on 19th may. you know when i will be on vacations, i will be ok there there will be no sleeplessness, beacause there i will fully free i will enjoying with my family, i will not be checking my emails, i won't be using computer even i will not use smart phone or ipad there. so life will be ok there. problem only happens when i have all these fears in my mind, like weird emails from boss, well i believe the medicine what u suggested just now, i believe this wont be available in my city, if possible i would request you to suggest me a single best medicine for sleep, keeping in your mind that what is my state of mind. thanks in advance.

Hi- I am going to go over this again. I thought previously that your constitutional
remedy is Cal Carb. Cal Carb would cover everything including sleep.

So I was thinking short term sleep help here - bc you don't take one remedy for sleep
and another for the rest of things.

Will think about this today and advise.
