My erections are weak....

Hi. !. I am 24 years old unmaried vargin man . My daily routine is to eat, sleep, college & classes . Having height 5.6 & weight 75 n im vry hpy with it..
I watch porn movies lot & I'm Masterbetting from last 9 years Frm the age of 15. Sometimes i masterbet twice or thrice a day. I use to enjoy a lot.. But From last one year my strongness hardness of erection is not as it was before . And frm today last one month my erection is very weak . And after 2 years my marriage is fixed.. I 'm scard & woried thinking about my penis...

First of all you should decrease your masturbation frequency to once a week.

Your recent decrease in erection may be due to anxiety. As now you are thinking that you would not be able to perform in sex due to habit of masturbation. Do not think such things. You will be okay. Just adopt healthy life-style i.e. early wake-up, then exercise, studying, and early sleeping.

You need some weight loss also.
