(II)Frequent urination in cold temperatures and after drinking of tea (Since last 20Yrs)

(IV)Low and soft erection (Since last 07Yrs)

11. Diabetic or non-Diabetic: non-Diabetic I have often checked my blood sugar level which fall into normal levels i.e. 70-90 in fasting.

15. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine): Normal

16. What exactly is happening? :Easily achieve erection but that erection is very low, soft and last for very short time.
As sometimes ejaculate between 4play activities and sometimes after 3-4 strokes while intercourse.
