This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Not everything requires a remedy. Try the following and if it doesn't help then we can explore the proper remedy.

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

NOTE: Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, don’t eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.

I can try to find a suitable remedy for you if you can answer the below questions. Before doing that, I’d suggest to check my profile by clicking my username to know something about me first.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS FIRST BEFORE ANSWERING QUESTIONS:
• Homeopathy works only if you give truthful answers, no matter how awkward or intimate. If you don’t want to do that, it’s better you stop here and don’t proceed.
• Please reply to all that is being asked and give details.
• Short answers such as Yes/No/Normal are not helpful.
• I want answers which explain the What, When, Where, Why, Better by & Worse by.
• Example: I have a sore throat (it explains the “what”), since 3 days (it explains “when”), on the left side of my throat (explains “where”), due to eating sour food (explains “why”), the pain is better when I drink warm tea (explains “Better by”), the pain is worse when I swallow food (explains “worse by”)

fitness 9 years ago
Bipolar, have up and downs, each stage can last months.
In my early 20's had no intention to ever get married. At 24 I met a girl I ended marrying 6 years later.
I am money and success oriented, money and wealth is important to me.
I indulge in food sometimes, especially when I am very hungry (I order too much in restaurants).
Recently I started a diet and have mostly salads for lunch.
I pray every morning for 30 minutes ( as my religion requires), I pray most days at least 2X/day, my wife claims it takes discipline I do it because I believe in my religion.
Hate winters, hate the cold weather. I prefer warm climates. Living in NY doesn't help as winters here last long.
I enjoy good food, love my wife's cooking, I enjoy some good wine, lately I am into dirty spicy martinis, but generally I drink tequila or good quality whiskey.
I am a hard worker, used to work easily 12+ hours/day before my son was born 2 years ago, now I try to come home at a decent hour to see him before he goes to sleep.
I have a very different view from my parents, they were always very modest and lived a modest life, I want to make it big. Every time I go see them I come home stressed (my wife noticed), because they do or say things I don't agree with, for example, they would drive miles to get a good deal to buy a crappy car. I would just lease a good car. I think big, they think small, bottom line.
I get along with my siblings although I don't see them much, my sister got married to a lazy guy and moved abroad and I am often worried about her. My brother lives close by but works 6 out of 7 days so I rarely see him although we talk over the phone.

Had a car accident right before I met my wife, at that time I was in a high mood stage, after 6 months I got depressed and broke up with her. After a few months we got back together.
After the accident I had knee surgery and was having shots in my spine for back pain.
At the depressed time I lost tons of weight and ended up moving back with my parents for a few months.

Recently I was under a lot of stress because I am supporting 2 families, mine and my wife's parents who are having a very hard time. Just recently I stopped worrying and living my life again.
Also, we are trying to move to a bigger apartment and the expenses are going to be much higher, I try not to worry or think about it and I seem to be succeeding so far.
I would only move to a place I know I can afford .

Gotham5 9 years ago
Your remedy is: Natrum Muriaticum 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back in 7 days with changes observed.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PILLS/PELLETS:
If your remedy is in the form of pills:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in mouth.

LIQUID REMEDY:
If your remedy is in liquid form:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Don’t refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS:
If there is significant worsening of symptoms (called homeopathic aggravation) after the first dose, then don’t take the second dose.
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
Give a break of at least 10 minutes before eating/drinking anything before or after taking the remedy.
During the treatment, don’t eat anything which you have never had all your life.

HOMEOPATHIC AGGRAVATION
Sometimes the symptoms for which treatment is being done can worsen after taking the homeopathic remedy. This is homeopathic aggravation and a good sign. It usually dies down within 24-48 hrs. During this time you can use any non-medicinal means to keep yourself comfortable. If the aggravation seems excessive, you can use any & all means necessary (including taking allopathic medicines) to keep yourself comfortable. Keep your homeopath fully updated if this happens.

HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

DIETARY GUIDELINES:
Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

EMAIL:
If you don’t hear back from me within 24 hrs, it is likely that the forum’s email didn’t work. You can send me an email by clicking my username.

HOW TO ORDER:
US residents can get the remedies from various online sources, use Google search for it, they are available as low as $6 including delivery.
