First time hemorrhoids sufferer. Help needed _{Page 8 of 9}

Hi sir,

I am writing you today with some new problems and extreme anxiety. For couple of days I was having problem with stomach, motions comes and goes but it was starting to bring my stool problems back, nothing major.

Last night I had a motion and today in the morning I again have a motion. These motion are not watery just not normal and thin.

After i cleaned up I saw some dots of blood on my tissue which i think its coming after stool. I haven't noticed them before since I never had this problem before so don't know but I will start to take notice and let you know.

Stool passing is not painful just felt heat feeling. Lower Back pain is back and bugging me a lot lately. My rectum feels sore and I have trouble sitting again.

Please help. I am just freaked out seeing blood after stool. Blood is fresh red color and just dots.

hi sir,

I have ordered hemmamelis 30 but it will take 3 days to get here. is there anything i can take in the meantime to reduce the soreness and pain? if you dont remember what i have I am pasting here the list of medication i have below.

Also should i continue taking rhus tox and mag phos or stop them? while i am going through this episode of rectal pain and soreness.

I am feeling the lower back pain again. Heat feeling and internal wound feeling in rectum is back, pain and soreness stayed all day and got worst when i sat down at work. i just dont want to go back to my hemorrhoid condition where i started from and it took me a year to get over that.

Please tell what to do. here is the list of medicines.

Hi sir,

Just want to update you. I put some Boiron Calendula Ointment homeopathic on my rectum so ease my pain and stool passing. I passed the stool without problem today and pain went down like 50%. No blood today.

I will be getting the medicine tomorrow night so please let me know what is the course of action here. Should i take it or see more.

There is tremendous amount of heat after stool passing and I never got your reply what to do with my last message.

Sir if you don't mind please be a bit more response as I am in pain these days and your help is the only thing I have. I would appreciate your prompt response very much.

Please also see my previous message if I can take any previous medication to ease it down and should i continue with my prostrate medicine or stop it while going this problem.

I don't know if my rectum is causing pain in prostrate or my prostrate is causing pain in my rectum.

Please also tell me if you wNt me tAke prostrate medication? Also if I don't see bleeding should I still take the new medicine himmamilis?

so if I understand you correctly don't take hammamellis if I am not having blood in stool right? continue with the prostrate medicine and aesculus for recommended course.

Hi sir,

Just wanted to update you. Complete 3 days with aesculus 200 2 times a day. Things are better, 70-80% of the pain subsides but pain and heat after stool and throughout the day still there.

I have good days and bad days but I still feel the burn and soreness felling inside rectum with back pain. Again much better now but still there.

Continue with aesculus 200 once per day for 7 days.

Hi sir,

I thought everything was good and I was making progress but last night after I ejaculated I had shooting pains in my prostate and they are up to an extent where I normally had to go to emergency or take strong pain killers.

I have been there before and normally doctors wrote me 1 month prescription for antibiotics to calm down inflammation in prostrate.

I wanted to tell you this because now I am not sure that my medication for prostrate is doing much good or may be it lost effectiveness. I have been constantly taking those as you told me.

Please let me know what you want me to do as I had a sleepless night because of prostrate pain, I am still under pain killer. shooting pain in prostrate, lot of heat, urgency and back pain with all the usual signs for prostatitis.

Thanks for prompt reply. I have Pulsatilla 200 can i use that instead of 30?

Is Sebaserrulata Q is same as sabal 30c (when i search for it sabal pops up) If yes can i use that?

Otherwise I have to order which will take 1 week at least (no problem but just want to confirm with you before I order.)

ok so here is what i will be using.

- sabal 30c three times daily
- Pulsatilla 200 1 time daily
- mag phos 3 time daily.
- aesculus 200 for 6 more days? should i continue. Yes/no

Hi sir,

Things are improving, specially today was a very comfortable day. I ran out of pulsatilla, I have ordered it but wont be here within a week or so.

Continuing rest of the medicines. No pain in prostate just minor heat and sore feeling. No pain in stool but heat feeling is there.

Overall improvement, i can sit now. Thanks to you.

I want to run something by you. For the past 3 days i have a pain feeling in my index finger joint in right hand. Just one finger, I dont think its because of anything i am taking but this is new. Its like every couple of seconds I get pain sensation near my finger joint and passes like a current. I also get the feeling (for couple of seconds) that someone trying to drill hole in my joint very painful. I couldn't sleep at all in night.

You dont think its because of anythhing i am taking?

Hi,

Finger pain is improving every sec pain is gone I still feel it once a day or so which is negligible.

I have completed 7 days with aesculus pls let me know if you want me to continue.

Pain in stool is almost gone but still get heat feeling after stool which goes away in an hour or so. but over all great improvement.

Prostate pain is also much better with the sabal 3 times a day but a little discomfort is still there. like 10% from original pain.

Thanks sir, I will try to rest as much as I can.

On another note I ejaculated last night and my heat feeling is back. It started from prostate but now effecting the rectal area too.

Not too painful to sit but I can feel the difference. This has been a common trait for some time that things get improved but one day either by ejaculation or eating something (that make stool hard to pass) I loose all my progress and go back to square one.

I am ordering some medicine please let me know if you want me to order something. I ran out of sabal 30 so reordering that and pulsatilla 30. I was unable o get "Q" in sabal so I am using 30c.

My finger is pain a little bit started feeling soreness again in the finger right hand first finger. Let me know if this is because of something i am taking.

One question I want to ask not to question your expertise but I read sabal is basically saw palmetto and I have used saw palmetto for couple of years (in supplement form) without any significant relief. As I don't have an enlarge prostate, my doctors has examined it several times and confirmed that I only have inflammation and not enlarge prostate so why use saw palmetto? Just a question if you don't mind answering this.

Hi sir,

Just wanted to provide you with update. I was traveling for the past 4 days. Things went fine but the last day of traveling my prostate flares up and I also had pain in rectum throughout the trip back.

I felt soreness and heat / inflammation while passing the stool too (but i also ate some oily food since away from home).

At this point I have been taking aescules 200 one time every day but I am not 100 cured or away from pain.

It is better at home but outside trips are not pleasant.

I also ran out of sabal 30c so need to re order it. please let me know if you want me to continue with the medicines or change anything. should i order sabal Q or 30c?
