Sir question again. is Sebas serrulata and sabal serrulata same medicine or different? Everywhere i search it is showing sabal but not sebas. Please explain.

Hi sir,

I have ordered sabal serrulata Q (mother tinture) as you told me. I should get it next week.

Currently I am taking
mag phos 3 times
pusatilla 200 1 time
aesculus 200 1 time

The problem is the progress is very very slow or nothing at all. Everyday stool passing is painful (2 on a scale of 1-10) and heat feeling remains throughout the day (3 on scale of 1-10). Sitting is also a bit troublesome because of constant heat and soarness feeling.

I also feel a pimple like sharp pain near rectal opening (inside) I haven't felt anything by hand but the pain is similar to if you touch the head of a inflamed pimple and pain is sharp.

In prostate the pain is dumb and deep like muscle pain. deep and dumb (no sharp pain).

You told me to continue the medication and I will but again the progress is almost none. I will start sabal once i get it.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I will stop both medicines and continue on taking aesculus and sabal Q until you tell me otherwise.

Update is that I got sabal Q 2 days ago and start using it. I definitely see some improvement but I am unable to get rid of this heat feeling.

Heat is in prostrate all day long. It get worst if I dont take medicine.

In morning stool is also with heat (no pain though) but this heat is driving me crazy.

I stopped aesculus for a day or two as too many medicines are making my stomach upset so stopped it.

Let me know to continue or change. One more question is last time you have me use ratanhia for heat feeling. You dont think it will help this time?

Hi sir,

Update after ratanhia 200C. The medincine response is awesome.

After 1st day 80% of heat feeling in prostate and stool both gone
After 2 day 90% feeling is cured
third day 95% heat and soreness is gone.

I stopped after 3rd day as you told me but now I am feeling its start to come back. Not intense but it has starting to feel heat after stool and prostate.

Continuing with sabal 3 times a day.

Hi sir,

I have completed 6 days with alternate days with ratanhia and taking 3 times sabal Q.

I am happy to report that my heat feeling has subside except only sometimes like 1 time in a week or so I have minor inflammation and heat feeling but other than that I feel normal.

Sabal Q has produced amazing results. I feel no pain or inflammation in my prostate at all. My sex life has gradually improved as after ejaculation I feel very minor discomfort but otherwise as long as I take the medicine I feel normal.

Just wanted to update you and tell you thank you very much for your help that I am feeling normal.

Please tell me what to continue and how.

Hi there,

I know its been a while that I have communicated and not sure if you are still available. First of all I want to thank you for all your help.

I have come back due to problems again with prostrate. After ejaculation I am feeling discomfort, sometime pain, burning and a scratching feeling in my prostrate.

Three things can cause this irritation. Less sleep, tiring work or exercise, ejaculation. I also gets pain in my lower back when this problem happens.

I have been taking Mother tincture for Sabal but its been a long time I have been taking it and I am concerned how long I can take it? Is it safe or not for prolonged intake.

I don't take it every day but whenever I feel pain which is like a week in a month or so.

Please help me out like you helped me with hemorrhoids pain. I will be much obliged.
