1. Describe your main suffering? Right eye twitching

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? None at this moment.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Anxiety, stress

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? lonely

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? Non exactly. Just when I realized I have a lot of bills to pay. Also some worries about my elder son, etc.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? Morning, afternoon

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
when I don’t think about it I feel better.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? no

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? Cold and dry weather. But I love hot weather.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

weeping, talking to one self etc? TALKING TO ONE SELF

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? I don’t feel they do really care about me. I think that they are selfish. But I don’t have any expectations.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? My fears are: Remain without money.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? I crave for sweets, fresh vegetables like onions, lettuce. Also for raw rice, raw cereals, beans and chickpeas, also kamut pasta and bread.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? Coffee, sugar, orange juice

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? I suffer of narcolepsy. I sleep well but wake up early, during the day I want to sleep again. No particular posture of sleeping.


19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? Yes, but I don’t have any sexual desire. I do prefer affection and tenderness.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all? I have always feel different from others. I have never followed anyone/anything and I don’t want/need/look for someone to guide me.


21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? I do have homeopathy.

22. What major diseases are running in your family? Diabetes and hypertension.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance. I’m slim, small petite woman. I had alopecia when I was 9 years old and I wear wigs since I was 21 years old.

- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last? They were regular, every 28 days
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods? I suffered of PMS feeling very sad and sensitive, easily hurt.
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive? It was normal until I was 40. Then it became excessive.
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery? It was bright red.
- Do you notice any clots in the flow? There were many clots.
