Doubt of Premature ejaculation
I'm little confused whether I'm suffering from PE. Though I'm ejaculating fast from the beginning, my wife doesn't have issues as she also gets orgasm.Recently one time ejaculated before penetration only. Though it's one time, I'm little concerned. What medicines would help me?

Agreed, if the problem has only happened once, then it is not worth taking a medicine for it.
On the other hand, if the issue of fast ejaculation is causing any suffering for you, that could be a sign that treatment is necessary. It seems that you and your wife don't have any problem with it though, so this would be up to you. Are there any other health problems?

Hi Evocationer,
Thanks for responding..that really helped me to think +ve.
I don't have any major health problems. But used to smoke, quitted 2 months back.
I usually have the urge to go urine, even after passing. This would be more, if I do intercourse after clearing bowel. It is very uncomfortable, but happens very rear (may be twice in a year).
Some times get burning sensation (stomach burn)/indigestion. But I didn't use any medicines..use some ant acid sol like UNO. Some times stool becomes hard, though I take min 2-3 ltrs of water.
Before that one incidence also, ejaculation was faster than before. There is some stress on me, as I'm ejaculating before she gets orgasm. Previously time between ejaculation and her orgasm was very less...20-30 seconds or less than a min. I feel pennies has become more sensitive. There was no issue with erection, but it becomes soft immediately after ejaculation.
Now we both are away. she will be back in 2 months. I'm thinking to take medicine to deal with sensitivity and be normal by the time my wife is back. Also I'm trying squeeze technique, but couldn't stop the threshold at some point. To say I couldn't get the knack.
Please advice some medicine to deal with sensitivity. I think that's the major issue.
Regards,
Sravan
