Premature Ejaculation

I am 42 years old, married since last 12 years. I have been suffering from premature ejaculation since the beginning of my married life. I am 5'-4.5" tall, weight 68kg, has high BP problem. I am working in a private Bank since 2008.

I just ejaculate within few seconds and sometimes before entry in the vagina. Last couple of years, most of the times, the ejaculation does not give any orgasm; its just ejaculate without any happines. Before married, I used to masterbate, at least once a week and that time ejaculatinn also within few seconds. During dream in sleeping, the ejaculaiton also within few seconds with a tension within the dram that I am not able to satisfiy the girl I see inhte dream. My wife does not have any complain but I understand her dissatisfaction.

After marrige, I have tried Titanium 200, 5 drops 3 times a day. Its start working from 2nd day of taking medicine and then stop working from day 3. After a long gap, say 1 year, I tried it again but the result was same. I tried some alopathy as well with no luck of cure. Its only improve upto stop ejaculaiton before entry, but just after entry, ejaculate within 2-3 seconds.
Grateful for your advise plz.

Please take Selenium 30,5-6pills twice/day in empty stomach and Avena sativa Q, 5-6drops twice daily after meal for 15 days.Let me know the result after 10 days.

Dear Sir
I have been taking last 10 days these 2 medicines. I tried sex after 1o days but ejaculated first time before entry and after 4 hrs tried again and ejaculated within 2/3 stroke. Thus there is no improvement noticed at all.
