Now I understand your point clearly. From now I would avoid taking another medicine during the course of your prescribed medicine.
From now on I would give you explained information about each and every change happens in symptoms.
Please advice how much dose of phosphorus I take this time now in 250 ml now.

I am still Waiting for you reply on above question.
I would also tell you one more symptom which is fine with this remedy.
In the past I had a big problem of nosebleed but right after taking the first dose if this remedy. It's looking fully cured.

My instructions were to take the remedy in exactly the same way, but just increase the amount of water to 250mls. I'll let you know if I want you to do anything else differently.
By the way, while I appreciate that you mean it as a sign of respect, I am not doctor. I am a qualified homoeopath, but in my country we do not need to be medical doctors.

My conditions became worst on last few days. I went for ANTI-THYROID PEROXIDASE TEST & results are in attached pdf report.
I have consulted local homeopath doctor because i think you are quite busy with your schedule & there also time difference in india & australia which cause communication gaps.
So, currently local homeopath doctor treating my thyroid but i really wish thanx to you, for your kind help & support to me.
Once my thyroid became fine & will again take your help for the emotional numbness issue.
because i felt to much fine with my emotional numbness during the treatment taken by you.

You may not have good results if they change the medicine though.
You had reported that you were doing fine until the beginning of September. It is always suitable to repeat the remedy whenever symptoms reoccur. What I would like you to do is let me know if you need to repeat too often (more than each week), any of your symptoms worsen, any of your symptoms do not improve despite a general improvement in you, or new symptoms appear.
Change in the state often requires a change of remedy, or the original remedy may not cover everything I want to see cured. This can take a little time to adjust the prescription.
You can bump your post up to the top of the forum several times to make sure I see it. There are a fair few cases I am overseeing here. Simone has even created a post specifically to help me keep track of everyone, and you can post there as well to remind me you are waiting for advice.

You was right I think my local homeopathic doctor has changed the medicine & caused bad results & my symptoms are changed again as below : -
1. No emotions (mind is neither happy nor sad only fearful)
2. Have no excitement in life for below occassions :-
a. No excitement for weekly off sunday or any holiday
b. No pleasure in early morning walk
c. No excitement for any tour with my family.
d. No enjoyment of foggy weather which was best for me in past.
e. Detached to my family member.
f. No feeling of happiness on festivals & special occasions.
3. Disturbed sleep (once disturbed heartbeats fast with high bp, thirst & anxiety.)
4. Movements are slow now sometimes feels my self very slow in working & try to work fast but unable to do.
5. Fear of Future.
6. Fear of Losing loved ones.
7. Fear of Death.
8. Always mind filled with thoughts like - who made this earth, what i am doing here, what will happen after death .
9 Cant remember anything clearly.
10. Lots of vertigo while running long distance or standing long time while anxious.
11. Sometimes feel i am not at my own place.
12. Thyroid or Anti TPO not checked yet.
Stools : -Normal (2 Times a day)
Hunger : Excessive but less after homeopathic treatment
Thirst : Normal
Fear of Dark : O.K
Fear of Thunderstorm : O.K
Current: recurrent dream of broken teeth, white hairs, falling in holes under earth
Male : Premature Ejaculation, Watery Sperm (Oligospermia), Weak Errection

To speedup the advice time:
Please state the last time you took Phosphorus
30c and how many doses? Do you know the remedy/remedies and potency and dosing schedule
for what the other homeopath gave you?
Evocationer asked if you had Phos 200c and also
suggested getting Abroatum 30c.
When he advised taking one more dose-( Phos 30c) but use
250 ml of water to lessen aggravation, I am
pretty sure he meant ONE dose only, as that
is what you had previous.

It does seem like you are describing a very similar state to before. I probably would want to re-try the Phosphorous before moving to a new remedy. We can retake the case if this does not appear to improve you. Because there was significant interference of the action of the remedy, I am still not 100% sure it is the correct one - we still need to go through the process of correctly testing the remedy.
So, I would do as Simone has suggested - retake the Phos 30c as I suggested previously
. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand
2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water
3. Stir very thoroughly
4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.
This is one dose and the same steps should be taken for any further doses, unless I ask you to change them in some way.
If any old symptoms reappear, or any current symptoms worsen, this is a GOOD sign in most cases. DO NOT SUPPRESS them with other kinds of medication unless you are in real danger (which is a highly unlikely reaction to a remedy).
However, if you are on regular medication it is also important that you do NOT stop taking this. Once it is determined the medicine has acted beneficially, we can look at reducing such medication if safe to do so. Regular medication in this instance is NOT defined as other homoeopathic medicines which MUST be stopped.
Take 5 doses this time - one each day. Report the results at the end of 7 days.
