Need help on hypertension

I am 39 years old male (70kg) and I have been recently diagnosed with hypertension ie my BP is 130/90. It comes down to 120/80 on days on which excercise and drink lots of water. If I dont excercise or take lots of water then the BP goes up to 130/90. Also when the BP goes high I feel dizziness and vomiting feeling. Currently I have been advised hyperdin by homeo (contains Rauwolfia,carteagus,passiflora,baryta mur) which I am taking 3 times a day. Do i need to take any other medicine or is this medicine good for me. Also is there a permanent cure in homeopathy for hypertension.

Along with this pl have agrimony bach flower three times for one month.pl keep your mind free from stress anger and hurry.Health is wealth.pl drink more water .Avoid alcohal fatty oily food .pl also do stress free excercise .
