getting pregnanthi. i am 38 years old. trying to get pregnant with my husband for about 2 years and so far it hasn't worked out.
i am in good shape, eat well and my menstruation is normal- 28 days and usually very regular. i am worried that as i am older and my gyno has said i have a low (if i remember correctly) follicle count but not impossibly low. wondering if anyone can help me to raise count or increase my chances to get pregnant.
i already have one son, 13 years old and i exercise, practice yoga, meditate, take care of myself regularly.
thanks very much in advance for any advice :)
