Baby's cold and cough problems

dear all

my daughter aged about 2.2 years
she suffering from cold and water coming from nasals continuously due to which she is getting irritation

cough bhi hai.

so please suggest.

1. Arsenic Alb-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Nux Vomica-30 6 pills twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
