nightfall problem

sir,
i suffering from nightfall problem which happens 2-3 times a week. it all started when i started masturbating from d age f 16yrs. now i am 22 yrs old n my weight is 64kgs. i have hair fall problem. i have stopped masturbating but this nightfall is simply out of my control. plz suggest some natural treatments. i have not tried anything till now.
one more problem is that i have noticed a lump in my scrotum just above the left testicle. m afraid that it might be varicocele. sir plz suggest me wat should i do??
