Please suggest if I can use this for a while in the season to be away from the congestion and cough. Its been 4 months and her congestion still persists after using 2 rounds of antibiotics and homeo (pulsatilla, phosphorus, ammonium tart)

This is a mix of all remedies that have predominantly cough and cold symptoms.
I don't recommend such mixed remedies.
Describe her actual sufferings as she feels. State modalities if you can figure. Its better to take the indicated remedy only.

Her congestion has heavy after she wakes up from sleep. She snores during sleep due to this. There is absolutely no nasal discharge. She unable to expel the phlegm given her age (4). She clears her throat frequently before speaking and is not comfortable doing it. From 9 to evening 6 she is fine. The other half of the day the congestion is felt. Her thirst is normal. After a month or so, she fells sick with moderate temperature.
Please suggest and let me know if you need any further information

Please try NUX VOM 30C three doses on a single day, each dose 6 hours apart.

Hi, greetings.
I have given nuxvom to my daughter and there is no visible result. Her throat is all filled through out the day. nasal discharge is thick and early in the morning its yellowish green in color.

We have visited ENT surgeon for my son, 11 yrs old for his cold and breathing problems. He has prescribed Asthafen half tablet before bed time for 15 days. From second day his sneezes are completely stopped. Doc has also asked for a x-ray. Here is the report

well defined, homegenous soft tiussue density noted in the postero-superior aspect of nasopharynx
normal tracheal air lucency noted
visualised cervical spine is normal
adeniod hypertrophy noted
