Avoid Root Canal

I it possible for homeopathy to cure a tooth infection and avoid a root canal? I have a lower tooth that can sometimes be painful. I recently went to the dentist and the xray showed that the root of the tooth had issues. I am scheduled for a root canal. Is it possible for this to be cured?
Thanks,
Sue K

1. Platago-Q (mother tincture) pl take liquid on cotton piece and apply on the affected tooth for 30-35 seconds and throw the cotton piece. Do it twice a day
2. Silica-12x 3 pallets twice a day
3. IF tooth is very sensitive to touch then take
Hepar Sulph-200 (200c) 6 pills twice a day
otherwise take
Merc Sol-200 (200c) 6 pills twice a day
Pl take this treatment for one week and then give feedback

Thank you so much for your response. I have the Hepar Sulph 200 and started taking it today. I had to order the Silica 12x because I only have Silica 30 on hand. I also have to order the Platago-Q. I have to go back to the dentist in 2 weeks & they will re-xray the tooth.

They had to perform the root canal because the infection did not clear up from the remedies. The tooth has a cap on it and the dentist said the bacteria got into the nerve of the tooth and caused the infection at the root. Hopefully, the tooth and surrounding tissue stays healthy enough for a very long time because it is part of a bridge. They put me on an anti-biotic for the infection. I am taking sulfur 30 to counteract any side effects from the antibiotic.
I have had many dental issues since I was a child. Hopefully, I can maintain what I have.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Best regards,
