Root Canal Schedule - trying to avoid infection

I have RCT scheduled in 4 days. Trying to avoid abscess before treatment and any use of antibiotics. Tooth has been aching consistently for 3 weeks. Acting up over 6 mo. Have been taking Hypercium ....dull ache still there. No external abscess yet. Tired, metallic taste, upper left #13..direct cold and hot irritates. Pressure in part of the cheek. Can I take Hepra Sulph? What dose? Confused by research on higher or lower does. Thank you.

BELLADONNA 200,FIVE DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY.

IN ADDITION CALC FLOUR 12X AND SILICEA 12X FIVE TABS IF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK AFTER 4 DAYS.
