No problem. Have purchased Nat Mur 200c and taken the first dose a while ago. Please advise if I should take the second one tonight too? What about sulphur? Do I take that too? what did you mean by that if it gets worse with Nat Mur 200c? Then to stop it. Please clarify. Thanks

Hi, it's been 45 mins since I took the first dose of Nat Mur 200c and I dont know if I am imagining but I feel itching has increased. Is that possible please? what shall I do?

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
Generally, with one dose itching should not increase. In any case, be cautious in dosing. If it has increased, don't take the rest of the doses...the itching will finally reduce and get cured in that case.

Don't take SULPHUR now. Just note your response to Nat Mur 200C.

In any case, don't take more than 3 doses initially.

The itching had increased and I got rashes again on the back of my neck last eve. And since I had not heard from you, I decided to skip the remaining doses of Nat Mur 200c. Shall I resume or not? Today neck rash is quite bad n itching and last eve I started getting the eczema like rash on my fingers again. I am really fed up.Please advise.

Please resume NATMUR 200C and see if it produced a response.

Meanwhile try to give me as much information as possible on the following

- Visual appearance of the affected area.

-Exact sensation ( feel as if..)

-What makes it worse and what makes it better.

-What time of the day is it worse.

- Does scratching help?

- Does it ooze any liquid?

-Does it produce scales?

- Is it related to any food intake?

Also, please go through your answers in the questionnaire and edit if required.

I need to take your case again.

Visual appearance of the affected area.

Scalp- I cannot obviously see. Back of neck- right now like a red rash, which seems dryer int he mornings. On fingers- Tiny red spots but very itchy

-Exact sensation ( feel as if..)
get relief when I scratch like mad and when I pull n tug my hair a bit. That calms the sensation for a while.at times the itch in the scalp is like a slight burning/ hot sensation.

Back of neck- does not itch too much. Sometimes it just scratches a bit.
Scalp-
-What makes it worse and what makes it better.

No pattern really. However, when I come from out n am hot n sweaty n open my hair, my scalp begins to itch furiously. Sometimes it feels as if something is crawling on my scalp. Scratching it like a mad woman gives me temporary relief.

-What time of the day is it worse.

No fixed time any more, but perhaps when I come from out it is worse.

- Does scratching help?

Yes. Makes me feel better psychologically I think.

- Does it ooze any liquid?
No nothing.

-Does it produce scales?

On scalp, not sure. More like scabs in a wound. On back of my neck, yes, sometimes gets scaly.

- Is it related to any food intake?

No. I have observed closely, but dont think so.

Also, please go through your answers in the questionnaire and edit if required.

I need to take your case again.

Try MEZEREUM 200C three doses a day for two days maximum, each dose 8 hours apart.

As soon as you get a change in the symptoms, stop the rest of the doses.

rishimba 9 years ago
Thanks. But I have taken Nat Mur 200c today and so far no reactions have taken place. So shall I continue with this please and see if there is any improvement? Or do you still insist I take Mezereum 200C? Pls clarify.

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
Please don't take anything for a day. You can wait for your response to Nat mur.

If you don't observe any response even after 48 hours of taking the first dose of Natrum Mur, you can write it off and switch over to Mezereum.

rishimba 9 years ago
Yes it just got worse with Nat Mur 200c. did not take anything all of yday. Back of neck full of itchy red rash. Scalp itching badly too. So today am switching over to Mezereum 200c and shall have it for 2 days as advised by you and see.

One thing is to be kept in mind that NATMUR did create an over-response.

In case Mezereum fails, we will switch back to Nat Mur in 30C potency.

rishimba 9 years ago
But how many medicines do I keep changing? This is the fourth one I have purchased.

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
I think one of these will work on you but we have to find the right potency.

This is because your symptoms don't have specific modalities and I am just trying out remedies based on your generals and mental symptoms.

Hi I have taken Mezeureum 200c as prescribed by you. Rash at the back of the neck persists. Certain times of the day becomes less but has not gone. At other times, usually after dinner flares up badly and itches severely. Scalp itching has not gone but fewer episodes I felt.

I took the last dose last night. Woke up this morning with a severe headache n desire to continue sleeping. Could barely open my eyes. Strangely the itching has increased today in the scalp and on my fingers too am getting more red prickly kind of boils. Neck is same. Please advise.

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
Please try out NATRUM MUR 30C once every 4 hours when you have the itch or headache.

I am suggesting a decreased potency as Nat Mur produced an over-response in you.So, 30C potency should be the right one.

rishimba 9 years ago
Thanks. Since I have nat mur 200c at home, can I not dilute it in water and have it please instead of buying a new one?

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
No, diluting will not change the potency. You need to buy 30C from the shop.

rishimba 9 years ago
OH ok. I will then. Thanks

Been taking Nat Mur 30c since yday. Rash on back of neck seems to be drying up and becoming scaly. Scalp still itches, but less. The hair on the base of the neck has a lot of boils/ hives and those itch non stop at night. How many days can I continue this? would like this problem to go away completely please.

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
Good to know Natrum Mur 30C has created a response. Now you can taper down the frequency to three doses a day for two more days.

Let me know after 2 days.

Do you sweat on your head at night? Does it itch only when your sweat at night on the head?

rishimba 9 years ago
No I dont sweat on my scalp. Even today back of neck is better n dry n scaly, but scalp is itching even now, although much less.will take meds for 2 more days n see.

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
Noted.

You can continue with Nat Mur if its creating a favorable response.

rishimba 9 years ago
well something strange is happening since yday. after taking my dose of Nat Mur 30c i get a severe itch all over my body and hives too on my stomach, arms, thighs etc. Also only back of neck seems a wee bit better. scalp itching still persists. Is it going to get cured at all?

Iamhealthy 9 years ago
Stop these doses now and wait for the itch to reduce. I feel within a day things will be fine.

Don't take any further dose of Nat Mur.

Let me know after 2 days.

rishimba 9 years ago
OK thanks. will do.

Had one of the worst days yday. Had not taken my does of Nat Mur 30c as advised by you. Had severe itching on my scalp- the possessed woman kind of itch where I wanted to yank out my scalp. Several such episodes in the day. Also back of neck flared up and the rash became severe and prominent. I then took Mat Mur 30 c again but no relief so far. Planning to take it today too. Why did it recur so badly again? Is it never going to get cured? what shall I do please? anything in my diet that I should avoid?
