Hi Umair,

Start with that 30c and follow directions
same as for 200c.

Meantime order 200c to have on hand
so you won't have to wait again.

Oh Simone has reminded me with her comment to ask you to take 3 doses instead of one - one each day.

However, you must STOP if any symptoms appear to worsen after any dose, even if it is the first one.

Also, just as a reminder, if this happens do not attempt to treat the aggravated symptom with some other kind of medication.

Hey!

Thank you for the reply. May I ask you that how many drops constitute one dose?
3 doses per day means 3 doses spread over a day (morning, afternoon, night)?

Thanks

Umair1986 last decade
Started with a single dose of 10 drops this afternoon.

Hi- Umair,

Do not use more than 2 drops unless told.

The three doses are to be One dose a day- for 3 days in a row
Stop if things get worse after dose one or two.

How are you making the doses, I did not see any instructions
on the thread.

Hi Simone,

I took 10 drops for first two doses yesterday and today I reduced dose to 2 drops.

I shake the bottle multiple times and put 2 drops of remedy into approx. 6 tablespoons of water and drink it.

Please advise if it is not the right way of making the dose.

Thanks

Hi- Evocationer has to tell you how he wants you to make the
dose-

I know 10 drops is too much and it is good you used 2 drops
and put it in water. He will have to instruct if you need more.

How are you doing- are you noticing any effect?

Because I don't know how sensitive you are yet, I tend to err on the side of caution. 10 drops may or may not be too strong for you, but if there has been no negative reaction at this stage we don't need to worry too much about it.

I thought I had posted instructions for dosing but it seems I did not.

1. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand

2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water

3. Stir very thoroughly

4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.

This is one dose and the same steps should be taken for any further doses, unless I ask you to change them in some way.

If any old symptoms reappear, or any current symptoms worsen, this is a GOOD sign in most cases. DO NOT SUPPRESS them with other kinds of medication unless you are in real danger (which is a highly unlikely reaction to a remedy).

However, if you are on regular medication it is also important that you do NOT stop taking this. Once it is determined the medicine has acted beneficially, we can look at reducing such medication if safe to do so.

For 30c, I normally ask patients to do 3 doses in a row to provoke a response.

Hi

The Day before yesterday I took two doses (10 drops per dose) and I felt nausea the whole night and the next day. Yesterday I reduced dose to 2 drops and took three doses.today I am not feeling any nausea but feeling aggravation in symptoms. Nevertheless I switched to three drops per dose and making dose as per instructions. Aggravation is not very severe (2 times the normal intensity)

Am I supposed to continue taking the remedy?

No, do not take more.

You were only to take 3 in total and then report.

Like: one dose Monday, one dose Tuesday, one dose
Wednesday.

From what I can tell you took 5 doses and and
however many you took today.

simone717 last decade
Thank you for the reply.

I only took one dose today and stopped taking any further.

Waiting for further instructions.

Umair1986 last decade
Hi Umair,

Instructions depend on your response.

What are you noticing - list your reactions from first dose on to today.

simone717 last decade
Yes you have taken too much. 3 doses means 3 times. However, it is usually a good sign that you had a reaction, so let's see what comes of it. First assessment usually done after 7 days.

Evocationer last decade
Here is detailed description of reactions.

Sunday: 2 doses... Felt nausea in the night, Couldn't sleep properly. The symptoms were normal.
Monday: 3 doses... Nausea and headache alongwith slightly aggravated symptoms.
Tuesday: 1 dose... No nausea and headache but symptoms almost 2 times aggravated.
Wednesday: No dose... Symptoms are coming back to normal.
Thursday: No dose... Symptoms are almost normal
Friday: No dose... Symptoms are normal
Saturday: Normal symptoms
Sunday & Monday: Normal symptoms
Tuesday: My condition is same as it was before taking the remedy. The symptoms are normal.

The nausea and headache could be result of excessive travelling as I was on a picnic.

So some of your symptoms aggravated for roughly 3 days, then returned to normal with no other changes?

Odd. I will go through your case and establish a complete list of symptoms, so that you can use that to make an accurate report of possible changes.

Evocationer last decade
Next to each symptom write Better, Worse or Same. If better or worse also write a percentage % to represent how much.

Panicking for no reason
Energy accumulates between belly and ribs
Contraction of abdomen and chest
Redness of face
Sensation as if everything is pulling towards one centre
Aggravation from being judged (company?)
Aggravation from soft drink
Aggravation from coffee
Strange expression during attacks
Feeling of being embarrassed
Avoiding of eye contact
Avoiding meeting new people
Feeling worse the more you think about your problems
Absorb everything
Never get angry
Avoid confrontation
Loneliness
Fear of the unknown
Sense of anticipation
Thinking about the future
Worrying about things going wrong - over-preparing
Sensation of a vacuum when hungry
Mind over-processes things
Jealous/envious of others
Concern over reputation/image
Inflexible in beliefs

Frequent change of position in sleep
Craving for fried food
Peculiar odour of sweat
Sweat stains yellow
Distension of abdomen after eating

Can you also give me a general idea of how you feel, your general well-being.

It is interesting in going through the case again and listing those symptoms, another remedy has popped into my view. I will keep that in mind for the future.
