Hi,

I am having bloating continuously since last 2 months. It happens all the time not during any specific time. I used to have it earlier but it was never continuously for 2 months. So, its causing lots of discomfort.

I dont feel heartburn, also my body is more sensitive to cold.

Please advice.

Hi Overstock, As gaintrox has clarified, your answers to these questions will provide clues to the homeopath for correct selection of the remedy.

Chances of cure will definitely increase if the remedy is selected considering your mental and general symptoms along with the modality of your sufferings.

Please answer the following questions..

- Do you have flatulence? If yes, which way the gas is mostly expelled?

-Do you have frequent belching?

-Do you pass wind often due to bloating of abdomen?

- Drinking some two glasses of water in the morning everyday would have cleared your bowels. Why do you think this was the reason of your bloating? Can you think of any other mental disturbance or change of eating habit just before the onset of this problem?

-What was the probable cause of constipation 8 years back?

-How is your appetite? Do you eat well or do you feel full just after a few morsels of food?

-Can you state some negative shades of your personality?

Thanks Rishimba for your time and help.

Do you have flatulence? If yes, which way the gas is mostly expelled?

Yes. Gas stays trapped inside stomach. When there is pressure on stomach then it comes out of mouth in the form of belching.

-Do you have frequent belching?
No. It comes only when there is excessive gas and when there is pressure on stomach.

-Do you pass wind often due to bloating of abdomen?
No. It comes out in form of belching.

- Drinking some two glasses of water in the morning everyday would have cleared your bowels. Why do you think this was the reason of your bloating? Can you think of any other mental disturbance or change of eating habit just before the onset of this problem?

I used to drink 1 1/2 litre of water at same time and it used to put excessive pressure in abdomen. It might have messed up my system.

I can't think of any other reason.

-What was the probable cause of constipation 8 years back?
No idea.

-How is your appetite? Do you eat well or do you feel full just after a few morsels of food?
I eat well.

-Can you state some negative shades of your personality?

some times my job is stressful as we deal with software.

Try CHINA 30C once every 4 hours for 2 days. Wait and watch for another 2 days and take notes.

If it produces a response, you can take it whenever you relapse.

Else come back here for the second prescription.

rishimba 9 years ago
Hello Rishimba,

Can you please let me know medication for secondary prescription as well so that I can order these at same time as well? That way I can save on shipping price.

Thank You

Overstock 9 years ago
Since you are not sure of the etiology or the probable cause of your ailment, I am not very sure if this would create a response.

You could also buy NUX VOM 30C in case China failed.

These two remedies have almost similar bloating and belching symptoms and generals but the etiology is different.

Hello Rishimba,

Since my body feels more cold than other people, are there any homeopathy medicine for that?

Thank You

Overstock 9 years ago
If you generally feel more cold than others even when you are healthy, it cannot be corrected by anything. This is what you are. However, this information will help in selection of a remedy when you are sick.

rishimba 9 years ago
Do you suggest taking Nat Mur 6X to build oneself stronger against cold or is it going to have impact on blood pressure.

Thank You.

Overstock 9 years ago
Do you mean improving your immunity against viral attacks in cold weather?

If you get sick frequently in winter or in the rainy season, you should go for constitutional treatment.

rishimba 9 years ago
Yes, building strong immunity so that I don't catch cold easily.

Thank You.
