This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Those symptoms might lead to a tubercular remedy as a general group, but does not lead to Phosphorous specifically.

It is almost impossible to choose your own remedy. There are over 10,000 different remedies, and many hundreds of those are used commonly in practice. It takes a skilled and experienced homoeopath to establish what symptoms are important for analysis, translate those into the correct rubrics, and then sort them into the right order of importance. Even then , one has to be able to appropriately differentiate the medicines, which means knowing them quite well.

If you want to present your case in full here, I can try to provide you with a better idea of which remedies would be useful for you.

Why would they prescribe a remedy without also giving a potency? Potency is selected individually alongside dosage depending on the kind of patient, the nature of the problem, the sensitivity, the degree of tissue changes in the body, the medical history, where the disease is mainly being expressed or focussed. There are a variety of rules (guidelines at least) for potency selection all of which depend on the sort of case you are looking at.
