Flu Shot/ Influenzium

Hi There,
I am new to homeopathy.

I am required by my employer to receive the annual flu shot. Therefore I went to a homeopath for the first time to look at information in regards to detox afterwards.

He gave me the influenzium for this year.

As well as a traditional cleansing herbal supplements (chicory root, cirtus pulp, nettle root, dandelion root, psyllium seed, artichoke, spirulina, celery seed, asparagus, and thyme). This is to cleanse after the injection.

I have never done the cleanse or the influenzium. I cannot find any information regarding this. Can you please give me some opinion if this is a good idea or what. I usually do not get the flu shot because of the toxins and the fact it surpresses the immune system.

Any advice, opinion or information would be great.

thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It does not sound like you went to a homeopath, but
a naturopath?

Homeopathy is based on your symptoms picture-
therefore you take no flu remedy when you do not
have the flu. Herbal supplements are not used.
