I might just add:
I am aware there is a vast symptom profile and hundreds of remedies to select, but limited space here: Has anyone resolved high cortisol/aldosterone as result of adrenal shock from hysterectomy. I am using complex homoeoapthics geared for adrenal support, + rehmannia and withania (herbs) no medical doctor knows why fluid imbalance after surgery results in weight gain, inc in BP and ocular pressure. The latter is very important to reduce but they all increased after surgery.

We prescribe homoeopathic medicines on the specific individual symptoms of the patient, taken from all areas of the person, of their life. So the answer to your question would be 'any remedy which suited the total picture you present to the homoeopath' and this could literally be any one of the 10000+ remedies we have.
