Hi.I did a self diagnosis and starated with arg nit d12x once daily for hypertension and for my asthma I started Cal Carb d30
Along with my normal medicine for hypertension and sprays for asthma
Is that ok

You should only be using one medicine at a time. Proper homoeopathic prescribing does not apply different remedies to different parts of the body or to different conditions you have.
One remedy, given for the overall case, will be more likely to cure. Taking more than one remedy at once will likely cause problems, side effects, suppression, and certainly confusion.
Self-diagnosis for chronic complaints rarely works, even in homoeopaths with a lot of skill and experience.
