Ok, so he is all better. His mental are still the same. Obstinent, argumentative, frustrated easy, will not cooperate with adults, can't sit still, can't focus, constantly humming and making noise, acting crazy at times, etc.
Like I said, I didn't feel any improvement happened with the hyoscyamus, What's the next step with him?

Look up Tarentula Hispanica and see if his mentals have any similarity with the remedy. I think he has.

Yes I think his symptoms match very closely to Tarentula Hispanica. His classical homeopath actually prescribed that for him about a year or so ago. Since then she has tried to "clear" him of the antiepressan I used when I was pregnant with him, but we've never tried the Tarentula again after that.
He definitely has many many of the constitutional characteristics of the Tarentula child, I have 200c here, shall I try it again?

Yes, you should try 200C single dose of Tarentula Hispanic on a single day and if he responds well, you can repeat whenever he relapses.

For our records, I just gave Tarentula Hispanica 200 C

Hi Rishimba,
I gave him Tarentula 200c 13 days ago and I feel like he's gone downhill. His tics have gotten worse and his attitude is just horrible. He now is has a blinking tic and a head shake tic and he is getting angry easier and faster. He is still instigating fights with his brother all the time. It's so exhausting for all of us.
He literally cannot sit still ever. He always looks like he has ants in his pants, as he jumps around when he is sitting down. He also cannot focus for more than 15 seconds without getting agitated.
The constant humming has also gotten way worse. He is always making some kind of vocal noise.
He also will not fall asleep with the lights out and doesn't want to sleep alone. This has been something that has been building up for the past few months. He also is holding his breath a lot. He has done this on and off throughout his life. He always seems to be at his worst in May. I think it's related to the pollen. That's my gut instinct anyway.
I don't know if I've mentioned this or not, but back in December he developed a mole on the bottom of his left foot. Since December, it has grown a bit and filled in. His pediatrician says it is a "lentiginious mole". It is kind of strange, I've never seen moles on the bottom of feet before.
What would you recommend at this point?

Hi Rishimba, just wondering if you had a chance to review this case. He has not complained about hot and itchy feet since the night I posted. But all the other symptoms are pretty much the same. Do you think the tarantula is working in anyway? Or should we think about changing the remedy?

I would suggest STRAMONIUM 1M single dose.

Hi Rishimba,
Sorry I have not responded, we were without internet connection for awhile. Just got your response.
I have here Stramonium 200C. Will that work just as well, or do you want me to source the 1M?
I have never given a 1M myself, and have to admit am a little nervous to do so, is there any precautions to take when dosing with that high of a potency?
