Tinnitus

Dear Sir,

I am 28 years of age and suffering from tinnitus for some time now. I have a feeling of a buzzing sound in my left ear. I didn't feel it during the days work but it increases or you can say it feels more when i am in quiet environment. Kindly recommend me medicine.
