dr , it effect my gums and last teeth of both sides(thats y how i take picture) , no of time i go for filling and RTC,

I used oil pulling technique using virgin coconut oil, and a cavity in my back molar went away.

I did not change anything from my diet, but I do not eat much sugar or junk food anyway.
