urine problem and coughing

Doctor I am female (55 years). had coughing with flame (worsens at bed).
Urine dribbling and leakage.

please suggest me remedy.

causticum 30 is for coughing, yes? what about remedy for uncontrolled urine leakage and dribbling. pls advise.

thanks for suggesting causticum 30. i have taken for over a week but there is no improvement - all symptoms are same.
can u kindly suggest the best remedy for my problems. i am much worried and lost of peace of mind due to involunteer urination and coughing (worse at bed).
