homeopathy for loosing weight

hi, i went nearly a month ago to an homeopat for a weight problem, and he gave me pills and drops to take. He told me to make a diet where you split the meals to 3 or more, and eat in small quantities and of course i shall no eat choclats and cakes. the problem is that i can't do it' because of that i work and i don't have any possibility of spliting my meals... what shall i do ? i need some tips please.
for your information my weight was 78kg,then i lost 2kg in 2 weeks,and then i gained 1kg ....

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Do following if you want to reduce weight in a natural way without loosing the power of resistence.

1.Start taking barley porridge / oat meal, prepared in milk, as breakfast. Add honey to it and take 1 date if you are not diabetic.
2.Take 1/4 tea spoon of each of olive and almonds oils and 10 seeds of 'cuminn'once a day.
3.Take one bowel full of green vegetables and fresh fruit salads before lunch and dinner. Then, eat as much as you can. Do not remain hungry.
4.If you are diabetic, do not take sugar and sugar products.

Observe the miracles of this "diet". Tell others about it.
