Bartholin cyst and pregnant
hi I had been havin my third b cyst for the past 6 days, painless, medium size, yesterday I checked being pregnant as I missed my period as well and now I'm 5 weeks pregnant from lmp.. I am not going to ahead with this so my friend suggested mifepristone and misoprostaol kit.. I don't know if this would infect my cyst... Should I go ahead or wait and clear this cyst?? Pls suggest.. I am also trying to get silica in my area.. What would u suggest .. Pls help??Daisy1234 on 2015-03-28

The abortion will weaken your immunity and affect your cyst too.
My recommendation is to start on a daily dose of Sil 30 till the cyst forms a head and drains.
If you must abort, do it asap. The more delay, the more taxing on the system.
Take a dose of Nat-Mur 200 three weeks after successful abortion.

Hi.. Thank you so much for the reply.. Currently I'm on mefepristone combination for termination... Can I go ahead and start on the above meds now itself..? Pl clarify..

What do you mean you are on the combination. All it takes is one carefully selected dose of misoprostol and you should start having the contractions.

Hope you saw my reply.. Shall I go ahead and get on to these meds??? Can I take silica to try if the cyst would just reduce in size?? After taking abortion pills, I had bleeding only for couple of hours and the it stopped. Today it is kind of there just like spotting. What do u recommened ?? My doctor friend recommends I take 2 more pills of Misoprostaol... But I don't want to

Follow your friend's recommendation. Read the URL that I posted above. Now you have initiated something which is better to be completed ASAP.
Don't take Sil at this time. Once the abortion is successful, then have Sil as it will help in expulsion of anything left as incomplete abortion.
Did you feel uterine cramps when bleeding started as that would indicate successful abortion.
Talk to your friend and ask why didn't she advise a single dose of 800 or 1000 mcg misoprostol alone as that would have almost certainly aborted in one go.
Did you take it orally or vaginally.

Hi fitness..yes, I had abdominal cramps... I think it is 200 mg pills each...totally taken 4 at a time Sublingual. I have a scan this weekend to confirm it is done or not.. I have not taken second dose as recommended by my friend but bleeding restarted few hours ago... Keeping fingers crossed..

Hi Fitness:
Hope you are doing great. I had several followups with my gyne and yesterday after the scan, they declared that there are few small retained products; however, dont need a d&C, they can come out of its own. Due to this whole process my hemoglobin dropped to 8.4 :( and the doctor suggested to start iron pills. Can you pls suggest something in homeopathy to increase my blood count? Regarding my b. cyst, it has not completely gone, not painful, slight swelling is still there, looking forward for your advise.

Now is a good time to take Sil 30 dose, once a day for 3 days and then report back. It will help expel the remains of AB and the cyst too.
Ferritin supplement is a better idea for Hb boost. Otherwise, take Ferr Phos 3x, thrice a day for two weeks.

I have completed 3 days of silica 30 as advised. there is no change in the cyst. it seems to have become little bigger, no discomfort or pain.
The very next day of starting the meds, i started to have bleeding (not sure if this is regular periods as my last bleeding episode was around 28 days or if it is from the remedy). Day 1, the bleeding was minimal, Day 2, it was not heavy but moderate, today is my day 3. i am continuing to take Ferr Phos 3x thrice a day. Kindly advise.
Mood is irritable, actually that is how it is during my periods and couple of days before i get one as well. My feet feels warm and ache or burning kind of feeling, dont feel like standing for long, massage with warm oil feels better (this has also been there with my earlier periods) and slight body aches.

The cyst almost seems to have gone, maybe very minimal swelling; i think it will go away with today's dose.

I have couple of questions, please.
1.) Can i do anything so that this cyst does not turn up again? diet, exercise, medicine, anything. Should i stop Sil 30 now? or continue till i complete a week?
2. My bleeding (not sure if it is my periods or from the remedy) is still continuing being 7th day day. Kindly share your thoughts..

You may need constitutional remedy to remove your tendency to cyst. We can do it later.
The bleeding is dependent on your abortion. Sil would certainly help there too.

I am sorry could not update you earlier as i was held up with some personal things.
I took sil as advised by you; however, the swelling has not gone down completely. there is no pain, i thought waiting would help bringing the swelling down, but it seems unchanged.
Kindly share your thoughts.
i am diagnosed with b12 deficiency recently and im to start on bcomplex with vit c for 3 months. Can i replace that with any homeomedicine? I have stopped ferr phox 3x after 2 weeks.
