moderate piles

I am 36 and facing mild piles. Burning sensation after passing stool along with few blood drops sometimes. Few months back I felt very painful(skiing tearing apart) feeling passing gas.

I am also having constipation.
I have tried pilex from Himalaya but no major benefit. Alopath says to increase fibre intake and has suggested some ointment with sitz bath.

Plz suggest some homeopathic solution to get rid of this problem.

take one dose sulphur 200 in the morning. avoid all sour food and drink. update in 3 days. do not take more than one dose.

if you are buying in globules 4 or 5 globules. if liquid 2 or 3 drops. that is one dose. in either case dissolve in half a cup of water and then drink it.
