The cough has def reduced and so thinking the phelgm has reduced. The food intake is not the worst but still very fuzzy about his food. He eats moderately well twice a day and still.asks for milk at night. He s not cranky anymore.

I would recommend not to give any dose now, just wait for 2 more days. If the phelgm remains still the same I will let you know what to do further..

Kindly report me in 2 days.

Thanks

Hello Dr,

His cold seems fine. Now for the allergies how can we help him?

vidrathi 8 years ago
Hi,

His problem of allergies will subside as he develops immunity against it and as his body starts fighting against the diseases like cold and cough. It may take some more time.

Does he complain of itching or show any signs of rash on his body right now? If yes then kindly describe here.

If he does not complain or show any signs of rash, then there is no need to give him any medication. We will observe him for next 2-3 months, till then don't introduce any allergy causing food to him. If he seems to be perfectly fine for next 3 months you can steadily start introducing one item at a time then we will see how his body reacts to those items.

In the mean time, if he gets fever, cold, cough, or any problem, just let me know, we will treat him through homeopathy so that his body can fight against such diseases.

I hope you understood my point. Let me know if you have any query.

Hello Dr,

He does have dry skin and there are some rashes on and off behind his ears, behind his knees and elbows.

I treat his using ELOCON cream.. very slight applications now. Since he is going to day care and although i have asked my provider to stay off eggs or peanut, there are some rashes that do occur.

He does scratches it and after the application it subsides using in half hour and is good until the next appreance of the rashes, usually takes 10 - 15 days.

The times we had given him egg/ peanut/ fish , he scratches his throat and throws up the content within a min or two and then is fine.

Let me know how to proceed. Also I do want all his ailments be treated using homeopathy and will keep you updated if he has cold/cough / fever or any other ailments.

thank you so much for helping him. and me.

Quick question for you.

1) What does he do when he gets rashes?

2) Other than using cream, what relieves his rashes?

3) Describe his mental and emotional behavior during the complain.

Thanks

He just keeps scratching himself on rashes .. Sometimes it cuts his skin with his scratches..

Anti itch and anti allergy meds do help him during his rashes.

He is pretty normal when there are rashes it does not affect him emotionally or physically

Hi,

Sorry for getting back little late. He looks like a Pulsatilla remedy, however wanted to confirm some things, hence asking you these questions.

How is his rashes right now? Does he say anything about those rashes?

How does he manage with the rashes or allergy in the school?

Kindly describe his current status here so I would be able to find his remedy here.

Since i have applied elecon cream on his rashes they subside immediately in few hours and they dont itch.

He does not say anything about his rashes and nor have I heard any complaints from his day care about his itches. If hes occupied doing stuff the rashes dont bother him.

Hi Dr,
He does feel good now except for coughing and refusing to eat. When he's down I can't seem to make him better than rubbing viks on his chest.

I did give him calc carb 30 one dose yesterday night and aconite 30 c.

He hasn't gone to school today since its off for him for past 3 days

Hello Dr,

Just thought will update.
He has been doing good and been on and cold his cold and pulsatilla helps him over come his cold and cough all the time.

I does returns back in two weeks when there are other kids in his day care who gets a cold.

His anxiety has reduced but he has become very stubborn recently.

Hi,

It sounds great that Pulsatilla works for him.. I believe you might be giving him pulsatilla in 30 C potency.

How about his rashes / food allergy issue? Does he still get the rashes?

For stubbornness, could you explain me what he does when he gets stubborn? How do u manage to reduce his stubborness?

Kindly let me know..

homeodr 8 years ago
Hello Dr,

Yes Pulsatilla 30c is what I give. Although the cold seems in control the while phlegm keeps getting produced for him and he throws up once in two weeks or so, so that his phlegm comes out completely. How do we stop that from happening and give him a complete relief?

His rashes does appear once in a while and I treat him with the ELOCON cream.

The stubornness, he would cry until he gets what he wants or until we distract him with some other things he might want.
For eg. He likes dinosaurs and will cry until he finds his toy, a specific toy and also say chocolates, he would cry until we give him a small piece before we would even agree to eat.

vidrathi 8 years ago
Hi,
We can increase the potency of Pulsatilla and see how that works for him. You can give him Pulsatilla 200 C one single dose.

Avoid using elcon cream. Instead give him Pulsatilla 200C single dose and see. If rash becomes intolerable or does not improve with Pulsatilla then only use Elcon cream..
