Hi,
We can increase the potency of Pulsatilla and see how that works for him. You can give him Pulsatilla 200 C one single dose.
Avoid using elcon cream. Instead give him Pulsatilla 200C single dose and see. If rash becomes intolerable or does not improve with Pulsatilla then only use Elcon cream..

Hello Dr,
I am still waiting for 200 potency meds and in the meantime he had put one peanut into his mouth and spit it out immediately. He threw up almost instantly all that was his stomach. He seemed fine after he threw up though.
I think it his severe reaction to peanut. Please help him

. Is he showing any symptoms like rashes over his body or any other symptoms??
In case he shows any symptoms give him one single dose of pulsatilla 30c and report back..

No he doesn't have any other symptoms. He is back to normal and immediately was hungry after throwing up and had his dinner too.

Ok..thats fine.. Then no need to do anything... Unless he is physically well there is no need to give him any dose... Most likely he won,t show any allergic symptoms as he thrown up whatever he ate..

Oh okie. But I am worried about his peanut allergy. Is there any way to help him overcome his allergies.

Yes we need to overcome his allergies, for which I will prescribe u some remedy.. Let me go over his case again and will let u know about the remedy in a day or so..

Yes I studied his case. Couple of remedies seems to be coming close to his constitution.
Pulsatilla is one of them. Keep Pulsatilla handy as I mentioned earlier.
Few questions to get clear idea about his current mental and emotional state (as it changes all the time )
1) Could you explain me his mental/emotional behavior when he gets allergic reaction? What does he do at that time? Anything he says about it?
2) Did he suffered from allergy when he goes to school or would it occur only when he is home?
Answers to these questions would help to differentiate the remedies. So kindly reply me ..

When he throws up he usually in non fussy. He keeps coughing for a while and says he's alright and then throws up in a minute. He is pretty much OK after that and resumes what he was doing previous. He does asks for water and eats immediately if hungry.
The allergies such as vomiting is at home, since at school, we do not let him.have peanuts, fish or eggs and they have strict policy too.
I had tried peanuts after a long time and hence he had vomitted.

I can think of two remedies here..
Pulsatilla and Belladonna.
Keep Puls 200 and Belladonna 30C and 200C handy..
Give him Pulsatilla 200C single dose wait for 10 days and then report back..
Belladonna can be given for his acute complaints...I mean if you see rash or allergic reaction , give him Belladonna 30C.
I hope u got my point.Let me know if u have any doubts..

I haven't given him his pulsatilla 200/yet. Two days back he caught a cold and I had given him pulsatilla 30 again. His cold was running nose and sneezing.. I had given alleium cepa 30. Today hes got mucus which turns green sometimes and white sometime. He has shortness of breath and he's tired too. He does have cough , and does not want to eat anything.
Please help.

How does the cold and cough started?
What does he do when he gets cough and shortness of breath?
How is his thirst during cough?
Does he shows any concern during the complaints?
What do you do to make him feel better from it?

i think its from an exposure to cold air. It started off with running nose and sneezing and progressed to mucus being green/yellow.
He is typically non fussy with he coughs and with his shortness of breath. He says hes fine and has got good thirst. He does seem to drink more water than usual.
He just wants to be held when hes sleepy otherwise independent.

If you have belladonna handy.. give him one dose of belladonna and report back in few hours..

The cough is still present. He seems little more active but he does cough on and off, it is still sound the same as before and has shortness of breath still.and hasnt felt hungry today. Hes had water to drink.

I have given him ANTIM TART 30 before 1 hr. His cough has reduced significantly but he does cough which has a rough wet sound. his breath is still at short intervals like he's been running.

Ok...as cough has been reducing, his breath will improve too... The cough must come out to improve the breathing...
Wait for few more hours.. If he feels uncomfortable while sleeping or the breath does not improve by night, give him one more dose of ANTIM TART..
Report back tomorrow..
