Chronic Kidney
My father Mr.T.K. Venkatachalapathy, aged 74, had the problems of Hypothyrodism and hypertension since 20 and 15 years respectively; for these he has been taking allopathic medicines. He underwent coronary bypass surgery in 2011. For the past 3 years he has been diagnosed for chronic kidney disease. For the past 6 months, we have been treating our father in Chennai (some 275 kilometres away from my town Kumbakonam).From 10-5-2015 to 15-5-2015, he had been developing swelling on both his legs and arms; since we do not know about this, we have not done anything. On 16-5-2015, we brought our father to Chennai for the treatment; but unfortunately on the way to Chennai, our father had a very serious breathing difficulty which lasted for about 1 hour and we admitted to a nearby hospital at Villupuram and they stabilised our father and on that day we admitted him in Chennai hospital where he was put in the ICU for 4 days and further 6 days in the room and they have done dialysis for four times. My father’s latest (taken on 25-5-2015) Urea level is 105, Creatinine level is 3.7, Hemogloin level is 7.6, PCV COUNT 23% AND RBC COUNT 2.38 AND PLATELET COUNT 1,50,000. Doctors advised us dialysis two times a week depending on the condition. I earnestly request you to provide me homeopathic medicine for Chronic Kidney Disease and for also avoiding or postponement of dialysis

I feel very sorry but I don't think there is much that anyone can do at this stage.
We can try a few homeopathic remedies but there is not much hope.
When ascites (swelling) sets in, it is a bad sign and with dialysis its just a losing battle.
My prayers & best wishes for your father.
Having said that, give him a dose of Aurum Metallicum 200 and see how it affects him.
If you can answer these questions, I might have a better remedy:
How is he emotionally
How is his thirst
Is feeling hot or cold
What makes him feel better
What makes him feel worse
